This backpackers was so lovely. All the workers and the people staying there were kind, interesting and fun. The building was very safe and no hygiene issues. They have a bath in the shower area which was great. The most important thing to me was that this hostel didn't discriminate against disability like the last hostel that I have to leave. Very nice.

A very good hostel, great location if you're looking for somewhere a little more quiet and don't want a party hostel. Good kitchen facilities and plenty of space. Great communal area, again plenty of space. Nice to be close to the Victoria markets and only a short stroll from the free trams into the city. Also the skybus shuttle does a free drop off and pick up which is also so handy. Always seemed clean and really helpful and professional staff. They know what they're doing and run it well.

Enjoyed my stay there. Great kitchen and facilities. Would be lovely if wifi is available in the room. Everything else was perfect, clean and nice atmosphere

To improve- Free wifi doesn't work all the time. Loud noises from rooms ignored. Things done right- Best rooftop ever. Cleanliness.

It's a really nice hostel with good facilities but it wasn't really a sociable hostel, it was definitely more for long termers or families but not for new people like myself. It was expensive too, which I get for the facilities but there's much better places for the sociable/friendly vibe in Melbourne. Great location, clean hostel, but the construction site next to the room was a nightmare. But not the hostels fault.
