Mellow Yellow Mansion Reviews

A cool old mansion with a lot of potential, but needs *a ton* of work. (eg. furniture, facilities, etc. Good bathrooms though). Location isn't ideal, if you want to be close to the beach, Ipanema or Leblon. Finally, we showed up at midnight to find a raging party in the common area, so come prepared. We weren't but staff were really good about moving us into a quieter room.

Eventhough, I met some really cool people here and I ended up having a really good time, this place is a crack house. When we first got there, there was no receptionist and no security guard. Our room wasnt available and they were about to give us a room where we could smell the mold and there were rouches in it. They had a party every night and it usually lasted until 5 am and they can get really loud. Every day I woke up to a trashed restroom. I wouldnt recommed this place to anyone.
