VERY hot in the room, window couldn't close and with parties most night it was difficult to sleep. The pool is very small and quite dirty. Nice and helpful staff. Hostel offers lots of different trips to the andes.

the hostel is quite good (with a small swimming pool and whatever) but the owner has a strange conception of business. If you want to stay more than one night in there, you simply have to buy a tour with them ! first time in my life that I see a thing like that. I don´t recommend it.

stayed here 3 nights instead of 6. fridge in kitchen did not work. pool always dirty. had a room next to the pool so proved extremly loud as they play music loud till between 1-3am when we were there. breakfast is very basic. most staff were good, a couple of staff not helpful and bit rude. lockers in room not secured to wall, informed staff and nothing done till the day we left, no information passed on to other staff or manager, pitiful. gabriel at front desk is awesome, best worker there

Great people, great atmosphere, great location, great service!!! They just have to work a little bit on the cleanliness and the quality of the tours (I mean make sure that we get from the travel tour agency what the Hostel tells us!!!)

So far the worst hostel I've ever stayed in my life! The staff girl (blond one) was very rude and lazy when we arrived, the temperature in my room (the only private they have) was around 40ºC (there isn't AC) and I couldn't open the window because the staff didn't have the key! We tried to change room, but the fan of another dorm wasn't work! We couldn't pay by credit cart (machine card wasn't work), we couldn't make a call, everything was so spoiled! What a awful hostel! How itcan be top rated?

If you like to party untill the early hours and aren't too keen on a clean (bath)room or a decent breakfast because you're sleeping it off anyway, Mendoza Inn is probably a good place for you. Every night, music pumping so loud no earplug will be of help. Rooms are far from clean, i won't even start on the bathroom... Staff is too busy hanging around with (girl)friends. Tried to move to another hostel but they had made me pay in advance and would not give a refund. 3 Days of my vacation ruined.

I never used the very poor or poor options when submitting a review for a hostel before. I won't waffle too much about our time here but to sum it up the staff were terrible and there is no atmophere in this hostel. It's mostly kids working here.....new staff might sort the place out. So, if you are looking for a hostel in Mendoza you can certainly do much better than this place

Generally the staff were really not helpful. There was one boy with a rats tail who was outwardly rude to us and just played table tennis all day! There was one guy who i think was new - he was amazing and if it wasnt for him I would have said the staff were 'very poor'.

You should look for a better staff, polite people is always good, iven more in a hostel! The people at the front desk are rude and uneducated, especially the guy Marcus and the owner's daughter... is a shame to have people as they dealing with customers. And please, start to clean your hostel... because is the disgusting placeto stay that I ever saw!!!

Awesome stay at Mendoza Inn! Had a group of 10 and we raged all weekend. Highly recommend Mendoza Inn, they had a big bbq and we partied hard after. Only catch was you can't bring booze into the hostel being that they have a bar. Other than that it was a blast!

There were some staff that were very helpful, and some that were definitely not. The hostel looks nice at first glance, but there's no fridge, no working computer and they actually enforce the no outside alcohol policy. My room also had a leak in the roof. I know it only rains a few days a year in Mendoza, but unfortunately my stay coincided with these days and two of the beds in my dorm were wet from the leak.

The rooms are decent and the atmosphere is good. If you like to party this is the place to stay though you have to listen to loud music all day long anyways. Unfortunately our bathroom was only cleaned once in four days and just because we asked for it. Also unfortunately we did not have water for two days in our bathroom and the third day it was cold. The computer with internet did not work so we had to spend a lot of money in the internet cafe.

The girl at reception made my stay incredible. She is funny, friendly, helpful and has great tits!!! lol The hostel was great, really fun parties, great dinners and free tequila most importantly. But, no internet for a week isn´t great. Thanks for everything guys!! Kieren y Jeff ;)

The hostel is quite oke, but very noisy when we stayed there (Halloween time). There is noice all day long and the music stays on loud untill at least 4 am (we spend three nights and it was every day the same). If you like partying you definitely need to go this hostel, but if you want to get some decent sleep to you better avoid this hostel...

I felt like home at this hostel, the staff helped me see the best of the city and booked all of my activities when I arrived so I would make the best out of my stay there. The dinners gathered all the guests and helped me interact with other travellers which was great. Thank you guys again for making my days in Mendoza incredible! Cheers!

A staff member at Mendoza Inn was very rude. She would not allow me to pay with my credit card and so I had no cash for the rest of the day thanks to her. Also she was very short when we asked about activities and did not seem to have very much patience. The washroom was disgusting. The beds were covered in someone else's hair and did not look clean. There was mold on the ceilings. The breakfast though is free and decent. Also the other staff members are very nice and helpful but very laid back.

Mendoza Inn was the perfect place for my group and I to stay. The staff was extremely helpful, and suggested some great activities for us to do in Mendoza (bodega/olive oil factory/chocolate factory tour, horseback riding through foothills of the Andes). Location is great too-on a stree with tons of restaurants and shops (a bit pricey, but lots of options and good food). Would recommend!
