Well located hostel which is great for socializing. There were loads of parties and events while I was there. It might be noisy if you want to sleep lots though. Great guys on reception to help and it is on the main street near lots of bars and restaurants. Well placed for local night life. Good place to stay. Some rooms quite cramped though.
The hostel is the favourite i have been to in south america and the rest of my travels including europe and america. it has an amazing chilled out atmosphere where you can choose to lay by the pool, sit in the lounge/tv area and chill in the cabana. the kitchen is an amazing plus being able to cook you own food but if you can't be bothered to do that, the location of the hostel is a massive perk. just over the road is the most epic parilla and pretty much any style of resaurant you could want.

The hostel seems pretty popular, it was booked out and every evening they had some event. the rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms always pretty dirty. One thing that made me really angry was that i paid 90 pesos for an incredibly small 8 bed dorm, while others paid 70 pesos. I changed from a 4 bed dorm to the one with 8 people and paid the same price. When i recognized this, i was asking for the reason. The pretty unhelpful answer was, that it is kind of rule. Pretty unsatisfying..
