The hotel is basic and very near the metro, although the area seems a bit dodgy at night with immigrants hanging around. We didnt always feel safe. The rooms to the front of the hotel are very noisy and even though we asked for a room towards the back, the noise from the other guests woke us up on several occasions. The towels are not replaced and no towel for the shower so water got everywhere. A bit expensive for what it is

Although the room itself was adequate for a bed and breakfast, our group of four found our stay to be less than satisfactory. The staff was rarely available and spoke only Italian, a factor we found difficult to manage. They provided us with but one key which unlocked both the outside door, the hotel main door and our room door, thus making it difficult to split up during our trip. While there is a cleaner that comes in, the room maintained a persistent odor and did not provide clean amenities.

Carmen, the woman who greeted us when we arrived, was very helpful with directions, maps, etc. However, she did not know much English. It was okay for us as we speak Spanish, but it was a bit confusing at first. Good location, very close to metro line A which runs through the whole city. Also very close to train station which was important to us. Enjoyed our stay. Not too nice but enough for the money.

The local is not so cozy, the girl was there helped us so much. The local is really close to the train and metro station. We went by Car and the parking to get back the Car is really near too. For all companies. I didn't see the frigo bar in the room that was wrote. As there was no breakfest, we'd like to have a frigobar ( mini bar).

The staff was very friendly. While we arrived in the off season, the price was very affordable for the room we stayed in. Great location and easy walking distance to everything.

Landlady didn't speak English but never the less was the most helpful and kind landlady I have stayed with. The room was small but clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Excellent stay.
