The perfect place to bring your family, right in the centre of Seville only walking minutes away from all mayor sights- we even supply you with a baby cot free of charge. Yet close to the mayor roads that connect Spain with Portugal and a car park only 200m away.

We offer you a fantastic accommodation to sum up your perfect holiday here in southern Spain! Our apartments opened recently and are modernly designed and completely new equipped! The lofts are spacious and have huge windows to get you the most out of Sevilles 320 days of sunshine. If thats not enough for you, access the roof terrace for a full portion
of sun or a sunset over Sevilles skyline.

Our apartments are either studio style (1 bed room for 2 persons) or our bigger appartments for up to 4 people (1 bedroom + 1 sleeping couch) or our penthouse aparments that caters up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms + 1 sleeping couch.

Please see our booking conditions:
* 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking (50% in Special Dates). Your payment (by credit card) will be verified instantly and in case of being accepted, the apartment will be reserved for you until your arrival.

* Upon arrival a copy of the passport or identity card of the person who made the reservation must be shown, as well as a credit card to pay the remaining part of the total renting price.

* At the same time the client authorizes Metropolis Real-Estate Projects. SL to charge a 100 on the credit card for damages in the apartment. We'll keep your credit card number in the event of damage to property or furniture.

* Extra person 15 per night. Baby cot for free.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

* The conditions of cancellation will be applied for all the cases without any exception.

* If the cancellation is realized 15 days before the arrival, the establishment will return 100 % of the money deposited for booking.

* If the cancellation is realized from 3 to 14 days of the arrival, the establishment will return 0 % of the money deposited for booking.

* If the cancellation is realized from 1 to 2 days of the arrival, the establishment will charge 50 % of the total stay.

* No show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total stay.

Policy of Cancellation in Special Dates:

* If the cancellation is realized 30 days before your date of arrival, the establishment will return 100 % of the money deposited for booking.

* If the cancellation is realized within 30 days arrival or no shows, the establishment will charge 100 % of the total stay.
