The apartment is about 15 mins walk from the center of Amsterdam which is not too bad. It is quite nice but could do with a refurbishment in the kitchen area and the walls which look a bit shabby! Apart from that all was well, it was quite cosy and a lovely stay overall.

The apartment was big enough and ok, but had a few damp patches and smelt a bit musty. The towels provided were brown and had bleach stains, a tray with a big burn on it is on display. Tiny things which could be fixed to make it more attractive to stay here. The location is good and a lovely walk into town. The person you are to call on arrival had their phone switched off and we kept our luggage and checked in much later than planned as a result, this involved a few phone conversations.

everything else was great but our 15% deposit wasn't on the price. So even though we paid 15% in advance it is not taken into account in the payment stage. All in all we paid 708 euros even if the price should have been 608 €

We spend 3 nights in this appartment which is very nice and located only 10 minutes walking from Rembrantsplein. I do recommend this flat.

On arrival we were sent to the other side of town because there was an overbooking and promised that we were being taken to a better apartment. We were taken to a dirty building, that was in the middle of being restored, and up to the first floor to an apartment with no heating, no internet, no tv, a kitchen which consisted in a microwave and a fridge, in the kitchen there was a full rubbish full to the brim they hadnt even bothered to change; and no sheets on the sofabed. Would not recommend it

This place is in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to anything. Bus stop right out front. 15 minute walk to Central Station. Great food right down stairs - try the place across the street - red door. Large room - great for a family or really close friends. Fanstastic stay - I highly recommend!

They double booked us but we ended up in a much nicer and bigger place that was closer to town so worked out really well. Would definitely stay again

The one definate thing about this place is the location - it is perfect!

grand place to have spent a few days...10 min walk to town and clean.

You have to call and arange a time to check into this place, you can't just show up, also they lost our booking through hostelworld but were still able to accomadate us. Once checked in the apartment was great, quite area right next to the canal but a short walk got you into the crazier part of town.
