This hostel is steps from the main plaza and the Catedral Grande. It is great for convenience , but can be noisy. The hostel has four floors so if you are on the top floor it can be a hike to your room. The men's bathroom floor was filthy by the dirt brought in from the guests and the water on the tile floors. The free walking tour will be canceled if five people don't show up. They have free drinking water and free computers and eggs for breakfast. The staff is great and speak english.

I do stay here often, because of its great location, nice staff, other important facilities (internet, breakfast, laundry service). But the only problem is that it gets sometimes to loud at nights (due to tourists who do not know how to behave).

Great hostel, couldn´t fault it. Maybe a little too noisy but thats all. Great location right in the centre, great bathrooms, kitchen, common rooms etc. Would definately recommend.

Beautiful place, very nice staff. Very noisy, though, from outside (constant noise at night) and inside (sound echoes up through the building from the reception and breakfast room). Good breakfast (hot scrambled eggs, nice!). Top bunks are hard to get to as there's no ladder or step. Bad mattresses too. Overall, not a place I'd go back to, which is too bad, because they've got a lot of things going for them, like their fantastic location in the old city. Bathrooms could be cleaner, too.
