Mia Guesthouse Tbilisi offers quiet, luxurious, comfortable and cosy private rooms in Saburtalo district - one of the largest residential and historic places in Tbilisi.
As you know, location is always very important for business, transport, sightseeing, shopping and entertainment, so our property is located in the heart of city centre, next to Tbilisi City Hall building.

All rooms are ensuite and feature central heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi; breakfast, linen and towels are included in the rates.
Our superior double bed private ensuite features one king-size bed and a 42” satellite TV. It’s ideally suited to business people.
The deluxe double bed private ensuite has a king-size bed and a 32” satellite TV. Extra beds are available for this room for an extra $30 per person per night, so it’s also great for groups of three or four people. Please let us know after booking if you require the additional bed(s).
The deluxe twin bed private ensuite has two single beds and a 32” satellite TV. An extra bed is available for an extra $20 per person per night if you are travelling in a group of three. Please let us know after booking if you require the additional bed.
Our standard double bed private ensuite features one queen-size bed and a 26” satellite TV. If you’re travelling in a group of three, an extra bed is available for this room for an extra $20 per person per night. Please let us know after booking if you require the additional bed.
Guests can relax in our well-furnished, comfortable living, which has a 42” satellite TV.
Reception is open 24hrs.
Our bar is open every day from 6pm ‘til late and offers snacks, soft drinks and a selection of alcoholic beverages.
We can also accommodate a small, private group of people for parties/events where you can upload your own music to play.

I have stayed at Mia Guesthouse Tbilisi family hotel for couple of nights.This hotel is one of the best one where I have been before.Very rich and fresh breakfast served every morning and alcohol drinks from night bar was superb.nice and comfortable atmospere with huge balcony and living room.Highly recommended to everyone!

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
We have a flexible check-in and late check-out time.
Check-in: from 1300. Night check-in is possible, subject to flight arrivals.
Check-out: 12 noon.

Airport pick-up is available for $30 (maximum four people); if you wish to avail of this service please contact us - our contact information is in your booking confirmation email.
The deposit is non-refundable.
We do not accept bookings for groups of more than four people. Bookings made (even under different names) for group of more than four persons will be cancelled.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent in order to stay at Mia Guesthouse Tbilisi.
We have a 72hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. Cancellations or changes made on or after the arrival date shall be charged for 100% of their booking; this is non-refundable.
If you are more than three hours late without advising us about it, it will be presumed that you are not arriving and your booking will be cancelled.
Guests should respect other guests and their neighbors. After 11pm you should be reasonably quiet in the rooms; no large parties or noisy celebrations are permitted in rooms.
Payment is due on arrival by cash only, please. We do not accept debit/credit cards. In GEL only by the official exchange rate (USD to GEL) on the booking day!
