Not too bad location being on the west side of south beach instead of the east considering the price you're paying for it. Just a few extra blocks to the beach. The rooms are actually quite spacious and weren't completely filled while I was there. The lock wasn't working for my room and it was constantly left half closed which kind of posed as a security issue but had all my important stuff locked up in the locker anyway. There is a free BBQ cheeseburger dinner every Saturday. Overall good palce

I loved the layout of the hostel. I was in an 8 bed room and it had 2 bathrooms in it. The porch was great for hanging out. I hated that they use styrofoam plates and utensils in the kitchen instead of real stuff. Styrofoam is one of the worst products you can use and it's very wasteful. It's right next to Whole Foods and Publix and there's a bus stop outside. I would stay here again.

Miami Beach Hostel was very comfortable and very very clean! The staff was very disponible and always with attention for the client. Were very nice people. Everybody has the own place for relaxing and for meeting some people. The kitchen was big and had everything for cooking. The organization of the hostel was very excellent. I recommend it to everyone, it was beautiful. You feel right at home!

It's a very good place, nice people, nice staff, nice place where you're in the same time in holidays and like home. I'm feeling that, and I think many people feel that in this good hostel. Nice place to make parties or just relax you. THE BEST HOSTEL IN MIAMI !!!

I know that you should not expect too much of a hostel. But even if it is not the cleanest place, I expect that at least the staff is helpful. Our room had an issue with the toilet. We just arrived, opened the bathroom door and it was over floating. I tried to get help. They did not even want to take a look. Instead they just gave us gloves and paper towels. Worst service ever!!!

Hottub, pool-table, good rooms with good space and the best staff in town. You have to walk a few blocks to go to the beach, but it doesn't matter at all. We came back after our cruise, where they allowed us to take a shower and stay there a couple of hours before we left for the airport. Really good service compared to other hostels in town!!! Big nice kitchen with everything and a big supermarket around the corner - perfect;)

Nice hostel, always friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable beds, can never go wrong with a Nutella bagel in the morning. good facilities, kitchen/ iron etc. Beach is 10 min walk and not a crazy party atmosphere, more a relaxed vibe. Supermarket very close by. Ended up staying 2 weeks and would stay again.

Nice hostel for the price, not that close to the beach but close enough. Good wifi and a nice common area. Security is awful. Although highly stressed that visitors weren't allowed, the main entrance was never locked and our door to the dorm didn't close properly so was frequently open - thank goodness there were lockers. Very much a 'you get what you pay for' hostel, but would stay again, the breakfast, iced tea and bbq were a nice touch.

The place was great. It has everything you need in a basic way: big clean rooms with towels, lockers, lights that can be dimmed, wificonnection and ensuite bathrooms. The staff is friendly, the common rooms spacey with lots of areas you can sit in and breakfast is a nice bagel to start the day on. Walking distance to beach is 15 min., but the inexpensive South Beach Local stops right outside, which is also practical for getting home at night! Saturday BBQ, aircon and beach towels is a hit!

In general I enjoyed my vacations in Miami beach and in this hosteling, because I meet many people from different countries, and this hosteling has differents activities for example, (with alliance with some turism companies) to visit the Everglades, to know Sawgrass (a big mall) or simply going to the beach with others residents to this hostel.

I didn't stay there due to lack of parking. No parking was available at the time unless I shelled out $15 a day at a lot way down the street and that wasn't going to happen so I stayed somewhere else. It would be nice to get a refund as well from Hostelworld. I'm just saying...

Good hostel if you are on budget. Good cost benefit. A little far from Ocean dr about 20 min walking. So you are not that close to the action. Free wifi.

Amazingness!! I believe choosing this hostel made my stay in Miami so much better. I stayed closer to the beach at first, but it's just too noisy - All the time! Here, you have it all. Great location close to everything, a wonderful staff, good vibes and a free and even delicious BBQ every Saturday.. What can beat that? No wonder why I love it here!

Miami hostel has got a very nice environment. The kitchen facilities are great, and the dining area is also nice and modern. This is a less party hostel, which is why I chose to stay in. The last time I stayed in the Miami International Hostel and it was nice on the first day, but after a while of non stop partying it was too much for me...My room was kept pretty clean and the bed and sheets were fine. It's like 6 blocks from the beach, on a nice walk. Safe neighborhood. I met pretty cool people

it was lovely place, friendly staff always help guests, there is a big kitchen that can be used. Many guest cook their meal and also I cooked my meal. you can meet many people WHO are diffrent countries. I can recommend for group of people, lonely person, young and middle aged. Hostel is about 8 minutes away from beach , close the market, pharmacy and shopping center. bus station is infront of hostel.
