The hostel is a bit hard to find becauseThe sign of the hostel is not obvious enough. I would suggest the hostel either put a bigger sign outside or give a neighbouring landmark, which is a liquor store. The staff are very friendly, esp, Jeff, very helpful and patient. The tour for Everglade is fair and bar parties in the evening makes the stay more fun. Free internet access and wifi, bus stop is just outside of the hostel, very convenient. Unluckily, I got some serious bites the last day.

The hostel is pretty good. The only drop-back is the breakfast, it could be much better and everyone will be completely happy. It is an small detail that can make you feel much better staying there. Anyway, it was a good experience.

Nice place. I found the bathrooms to be cleaner than I expected for a hostel and because this place is on the opposite side of Miami Beach from Ocean Drive it ends up being a very nice respite from the rest of the scene. Quite, clean, the people were respectful. Couldn't ask for much more.

I will never stay in this hostel. Very slow wifi, nowhere to charge the electrons, much noise even in 3am. I can't sleep at my first night.

Excellent place! I've never stayed in a hostel before but this was an excellent choice. The kitchen and common areas are great. The room I stayed in had a time released air freshener, air conditioning, bathroom and lockers. Wifi worked beautifully everywhere. The hostel is right on a main road accessible to the buses which can take you into downtown Miami. Just a few blocks away from Collins Ave/Art Deco walk and the beach. Starbucks and Whole Foods are right around the corner!

I was apprehensive as this is the first time I am staying in a hostel. My daughter who is with me,however, has been in many other hostels in different cities in US.S I booked Miami Hostel based on the evaluation results and comments I was pleasantly surprised - the staff-from the big boss to Ilke and Nachos are warm, friendly and helpful. The room (6-bed ensuite)is clean. The toilet is clean and everything works! The place is also conveniently located. I had a good experience!Thank you guys!

Plus: location at SoBe Miami Beach, very friendly staff, Jakuzzi, Iced Tea, good Wifi connection. Negative: 9 blocks from the beach, breakfast is a Bagle with jam and coffee. Only one bathroom for 12.

Everything was great, considering that it's still a hostel, not the fashionable hotel. I would be happy to stay there again!

I stayed 4 days in this hostel with a friend. it's 10/15 minutes walking to the public beach. We were in a 10 people room, quite small for this number but this was not a problem. We met some funny guys, and we had a great time in Miami!

Since I had a flight the other day,I could only stay one night. From the time I checked in, I was welcomed very well. Even the soap was organic!I heard that there was also a free BBQ night on saturdays but I missed it. Thx for everything!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Miami hostel. Great location, only 8 blocks from the beach, nice facilities, but most importantly really nice staff. I arrived very early in the morning and Ike was at the reception, hwas the kindest person ever. I definitely recommend the hostel.

Had a great time spending new year 's eve there, good atmosphere in the hostel, nice to hang out on a lasy day, lots of party opportunities, only a 10min walk away from ocean drive, and not on ocean drive, busstation in front, what makes it easy to go downtown and bayside, or you can take the cheap local bus to the beach if you don't wanna walk The common area is nice and clean, the dorms could use a bit of an upgrade, but overal I wearily enjoyed the hostel

Very nice people working there. Quite the loud party hostel. One of the cleaniest. Also one of the most expensive more than California. Taxes not included on website. Jacuzzi is nice especially since December was colder than I expected.

It's a good hostel, but the problem is the location. you have to walk around 10 min to get the beach. it's quite long distance.

The location for the hotel is alright on the miami beach, and if you can't find the packing lot around the hostel, there's a public parking 2 mins away. there's no laundry in the hostel.

I stayed in a 6 dorm all girls en-suite room. Apparently from what staff said was that was the best room in the hostel. It was a good room, other than than the busy Alton road from Thursday nights through to the weekend if you are trying to sleep it is noisy as the road is pretty busy until I would say 4am. In saying that though was sick at the time I was staying at the hostel so if you are in Miami to party until the sun comes up, you won't have any issues with this. But the staff, top notch!
