I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. I would be staying there again with no hesitation. Thank you.

Although a little out of the city the hotel was reasonably close to the tram service. Ideally situated for car traveller but parking a little inconvenient. Over all service is fine and staff able to cope with most situ. Facility for an evening meal would be good but local cafes bars and restaurants in close proximiy. Victoria Market a five minute walk and from here can pick up the tourist bus (free).

Wonderful accommodation within walking distance to the city centre. It is very professionally run, has excellent security, polite and helpful staff, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean as are other areas of the building. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay again. Room service was also very good, although it was a bit disconcerting to return to the room and find that the cleaners had repositioned some of our personal belongings on a few occasions (quite unnecessary).

My friend and I stayed in the Miami for 1 week in an Double ensuite room. The location was convenience. The room size was good, the toilet was very clean. The only thing is the blankets seems a bit filthy ,should wash regularly to ensure hygiene.

The twin rooms are a bit small when you have a lot of luggage, otherwise our stay at the Miami Hotel was very pleasant. I very much liked that they had 24 hour reception, and they were all very helpfull. Very clean.

This hotel was a great place for me and my boyfriend to stay. The price for a private room is much cheaper than the same in a hostel and the facilities were much nicer and cleaner. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Melbourne and Miami was in a great location without being right in the CBD. George and his team are doing a splendid job. We appreciated it's smaller, more personal size and the daily room service. A perfect place to stay and we will definitely recommend to others and return there next visit. Many thanks from Jo and Donna -Rm 123, 20th -28th March 2012.

The situation of the hostel was great for trams - made it really easy to get into the city and also easy to explore on foot. The hostel was fine for the price. Room was clean and no issues there. The staff were exceptionally miserable! Only on the last day of our stay did we meet one girl who actually smiled! Not unhelpful as such but acted like everything was an effort! If they had been nice it would have made me feel completely differently about the hostel.

This was probably one of the very best places we'd stayed. We got a private room and the price for this hotel room was cheaper than most of the CBD hostels. We thought that the hotel would be really bad due to it's low price but soon discovered otherwise. Fridge, TV, en-suite, towels, soaps etc and room cleaned every day. Would definitely recommend for private rooms, not sure if it'd be great for lone travelers though?

I booked an ensuite room with bathroom for four nights, it was very clean and worth for the money. The best thing is they would clean your room everyday as their hospitality service and they also have a public kitchen to use for. The location is a bit far from the city, takes 15 minutes by tram and it's not free. But if you on budget, prefer a quite hotel and don't mind to pay for the tram everyday or maybe walk for fit, then this hotel may suit you. I would like to stay again on my next visit.

It was a fantastic value for money. The location is perfect, very close to the city by tram, even the free circular tram is only 3 streets far away. The room was clean and it has everything including all showering products.

We moved from Nunnery here. This is cheaper and much more nicer place. Liked this hostel a much! Double room is more like the hotel than hostel: AC, own fridge, teas, coffees, hairdryer... Near the ho(s)tel (next to the Subway sandwich) there is a really good and cheap noodle place, (called Noodle something), we ate there almost every day, don't leave without eating there:)

Thought the wifi could have been a lot cheaper. People just want to check email, weather etc.
