We had a great time staying here, the staff were super helpful and when we decided to extend our stay, the rate had went up but they matched the rate we previously paid without so much as a raise eyebrow. Some rooms are better than others but the place on a whole is absolutely spotless, the first hostel I have walked around in bare feet. The bathrooms are so clean it's unreal and the rain water showers are just bliss!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Miami Hotel Melbourne. The staff is very friendly, the bedroom was very clean and we really appreciated to have a fridge and a tap in our bedroom. I will strongly recommend that hotel.

Great value for your money. Situated near Errol and Victoria street. Access to lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. And also great shopping. Tram stop is literally 2 minutes away. Only a few short stops to the CBD. Very clean, very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Great stay for our first time in Melbourne

the room was great, just a bit far from central. But i will consider to visit again.

Tv and Fridge in room. Beds made everyday. Shower looks new. Great stay.

This is more like a hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights and would definitely stay again. The staff was absolutely great and helpful. We were very surprised about the clean shared bathroom and toilets. The room is basic but we had a tv, a fridge and even a small sink. What else do you need.

The best stay in the whole year in Australia. Been there over New Year and loved everything. Thanks for that.

Great place to stay .. lovely clean room, with air conditioning ....kitchen very clean Staff really helpful.and friendly. Location was great far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close to tram links. Within walking distance to the Market [about 10 mins or so] Ideal for families... no bar. therefore no late rowdies... Really enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend and would stay there again.. Thank you...

A well-priced, budget hotel with the advantage of being quite close to the city and the Queen Victoria Markets. Water pressure in the shower was good, staff were helpful and the place was not noisy like a backpackers.

Really cosy place to stay. Close to the action and still in quiet area. One disadvantage: no free internet (like in most of Australia)...

I thought everything was fantastic, quality and value for money. My only complaint is that the double bed was infact two single beds pushed together. This is the ONLY reason I had to mark facilities as average.

I came to Australia to emigrate, daughting enough but the staff at the miami hotel made me feel very welcome and they were always there to help and give me support at any time of day which made the first few days easier at such a hard time for me, especially over the festive period. Thankyou to you all. The only thing i think that could have helped more would have been to provide things such as soap etc for the rooms for people like me who have come over with nothing.
