Worst place ever...avoid at all cost. I had a room booked and couldnt get in touch with anyone to get in. There's a phone # listed at the door and when you call it's just an answering machine. I was left out on the street for 2 days until some nice business owner next door got in touch with the guy who is caretaking the place for the owner. This guy met me and gave another place to stay instead at Hostal Flores which eneded up being wonderful. Thank god for the kind business owner next door

no reception but the front door is open 24/7 one day, the floor was full of water coming from the toilet. the person we called from the reception needed one day to get that fixed. you could not close the door of the balcony completely. one of the beds was broken. one of he sheets on the bed was extremly dirty.

There's no reception & the number provided doesn't work. The woman who works here is impossible to contact. She is rude & unhelpful. There was rotten food below the balconies which caused a smell. The shower was hanging off the wall & the shower curtain was hanging off too. Large puddles formed on the floor from the shower & toilets. The tap broke & wouldnt turn off. Maria insisted we pay 20E for it to be fixed. We expected an apology for the inconvenience but she just wanted money. Thief.
