The villa, surrounded by greenery, is a three minute drive from the sea.
Consists of several apartments. all independent and fully furnished, equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms.
The house faces toward a courtyard, surrounded by flowerbeds,
there is a small pool and a gazebo, equipped with kitchen, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, tables and chairs at guest's disposal.The mansion is surrounded by a fenced and neat county: the ideal place if you love nature and quiet.
You can walk on country paths and visit the farm,which lodges donkeys and sheeps.
The driveway access, leading to the villa, we relaxed and safe, especially when children are present.
The house, simple furnishings and curated gives the opportunity to spend a holiday with friends and relatives while maintaining their independence.

The villa is on a hill, 2 km from the sea, the beach is wide and is free for non-payment, and it is 1.5 km from supermarkets, shops and pharmacies in the town center, so it is necessary to move by car.
Gioiosa Marea (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gioiosa_Marea) is a beautiful summer resort, one of the nicest countries of the Tyrrhenian coast. Nearby is Calav, famous for its resorts.
Gioiosa is renowned for its beaches, the summer sunsets, the food and the jovial mood of its inhabitants.
