Not the cleanest place I've ever stayed but not the dirtiest either, and definitely not unsanitary. It's a small value-for-money hostel and if you want better accommodation there are plenty of more expensive hotels to choose from. The staff were friendly and there was a nice kitchen and lounge for socialising. Excellent central location. Well, you may not like it. We ended up not staying at the hostel. This was, without a doubt, the nastiest hostel we have ever booked through your website. A real dump. Unfortunately, the hungover attendant would have no part of a late cancellation and we ended up paying for an unused night. We would really appreciate the help of your company in securing a refund if at all possible.

This "hostel" was really disgusting!!! I was sleeping with three old, dirty men (aged about 60) who were apparently homeless so they were sleeping at this hostel. Hostel was also incredibly dirty. Nice hostel, excellent location, our room (private 2 beds) was nice, clean sheets.
We didn't use the kitchen but i think it was enough clean. no lift and a lot of steps ;-)
