The hostel is well located, easy access to the local pubs, restaurants and it is not far from the castle. Very nice and helpful staff, they made my stay really enjoyable. It would need some redecorating done to give some character to the place. Good for the people who are not too demanding.

I recommend this hostel for students and busy travelers. I should specifically thank Hostel incharge at that time Mr. Eric for the hospitality provided to me. This Hostel is safe, homely and the best for 1st time visitors of Nottingham. The Hostel is in center of the city.

The location is really good. The staff are really friendly though not local. They don't have door card but only keys. Tiny hostel but quite cozy. No breakfast included makes it a little expensive.

Its a good hostel. Great staff. Well located, and cosy. But It has no especial characteristic. No other complains, but 5 pounds for the luggage store it gives the hostel a negative atmosphere! 5 pounds!! This from, 0 to 10, makes the hostel earn a 6. They should rethink that. Free wi-fi, and nice kitchen facilities, but nowhere to cook, but somewhere to cool your beer. At least!

Fantastic location but staff could have been a bit more helpful even though they were very friendly. Had a great stay though

Location was perfect, in a shopping area, near Primark, Zara, New Look. We had a very good shopping. Then we come back and enjoyed to relax in communicating area in a Hostel. We had people from all around the world. We met some people from US, Canada, Spain, Brazil. It was fantastic experience in my life. Staff was caring and polite. It was very clean all the time.

Friendly and small environment with friendly staff. Don't go with big expectations of a big hostel, this is more of a house-type hostel. The location is amazing though and if you're going to stay short term, I think it's very handy. I'd go visit this place again if I go to Nottingham.

you get what you pay for. very small dorm with close bunks but the place is clean, good vibe, very clean kitchen and surprisingly nice communal area. the location is so central, and the reception was welcoming and informative. Bathroom was clean. Carpets and walls were a bit worn looking but other than that, it was good.

The staff was friendly but unfortunately not a local and could tell me nothing about how to find things.

The good points ; its right in the busy town life, its cleanish and its easy to find. good kitchen and the tv works ! Bad points; its far to expensive for a hostel the cheapest bed is £17 for a nite, plus the £1 booking fee which is a rip off, for an extra £3 you could get B&B in the town with your own room. There was no hot water in the morning for a shave and I had to fill a jug with water from the shower to fill the sink. very noisy from the nite life outside. very small rooms. Get B&B !

Only stayed here for a night, but the place was clean, was in a prime location and the staff and other people were great. Even the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was good as well. Will return the next time I'm in Nottingham.
