The hotel should make their hotel sound proof someday. The sound of the plane was too loud. I can't barely stand it. Others were just fine.

it's okay to stay there but if a plane flies over the hotel or a train passes by the whole building is shaking..

The taxi drivers outside the hotel wanted to charge way above the going price and so we tended to get another passing by taxi.

The staff was extremely helpful, nice and kind. The room was super clean and the place is great to stay as it's pretty "central" in the northern suburbs of Mumbai (Bandra, Khar, Andheri, Santacruz, Juhu). The only problem one can find is that it's around 600m away from airport runway so when planes take-off that is ... «noisy». Now, it didn't disturb me that much and it was definitely a great place to stay with very kind staff.
