This hostel was pathetic. The staff were rude and disinterested. They claim to be 24-hours with no curfew but every night after about 1am you will be woken by the doorbell as they don't answer it and worse still you may be locked out! No locks on dorm rooms so anyone can walk in. Staff talk loudly late into the night with little regard for the nearby rooms. No kitchen and dirty bathrooms. No atmosphere at all. Wifi is problematic and drops out unless you're inside. Would avoid if at all possible

Attentive staff, but completely desinterested. No fun at all in the hostel. No maps and no indications. Rooms in the bottom floor are cold and humid. My camera was stolen (I had a locker, but left it inside my bag)

It was almost impossible to rest with all the noise and the staff made most of that noise. Loud tv playing through the night door bell ringing very loud every five minutes all night long.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Do not stay here! Can't connect to wifi at all. 24 hour reception means that the receptionist sleeps in a back room while ignoring the bell at the front desk. It would be ridiculous to waste your money on a hostel so terrible.

You cant really close the door of the room. If you have a room on the ground floor, the guests can look from the terrace directly in your room. In the morning it was so loud because of renovation works. And the staff ist ok but they do only theire job.

I stay for 4 night there,They were renovating,it was anoying at morning and the worker had no manner and rude,i didnt had a great time there.

The hostel was a building site in the day as they finished work on the outdoor space and some of the rooms. The dorm I was in had obviously just been finished as there was a strong smell of paint. The staff, although helpful, didn't really stand out however there was always someone on reception; which is good as theres no other way to get in the building. The main problem (aside from the building works) is that there was no atmosphere at all, best avoided.

I stayed here only one night but it wasn't very social at all. The social area outside was only used by the staff talking in Italian. My bed was next to the window and they were out there talking loudly late into the night. Was quite expensive for just a very basic dorm room with no extras at all. Very good sized lockers, felt safe, but just I'd have preferred friendlier staff and a better atmosphere! Easy to get to and very clean bathrooms.

Very good place. Very hood staff. I enjoyed talking them!

The staff were great, and willing to go the extra mile. Wifi range wasn't great and had some trouble connecting but once I was online it was fine. It was clean and less than 2 minutes from a metro stop with great bistros and cheap late night food nearby. A fine place to stay

Everything very good apart from weak Internet connection.

Any morning there was a cockroach in the bath. The hostels boss wanted us to pay 20 euros in additive, otherwise he would had ecpeled us from the hostel. Don't try the breakfast for 2,50. There's gonna be much promised, but what you will get is surely less worth.

This hostel was weird from the get go. The staff was terrible and very rude. It seemed more like a hotel for old people than a hostel. Several times there was a group of the only younger people at the hostel talking outside in the garden and were told to be quite because it was 9pm. Sorry but this is a hostel where everyone should be having fun. There is no laundry here and the closest laundry mat is a 40 minute walk. Would never recommend this place to stay.

Definitely not a hostel to go to if you're looking to meet a lot of people and make new friends. There was no real common room, only a terrace. Still, good value for money.

OK to stay here. Hostel is clean and it is a fairly easy walk from central station. Windows open day and night so mosquito bites inevitable. Dorms are not locked, but there are lockers. Sadly no kitchen/cooking facilities. Tip: Beware of thieves at the train station.

This was a really nice clean hotel. I wouldn't class it as a hostel as there is no cooking facilities.

There was a problem with our booking on hostelworld, so our reservation wasnt recieved and they were full when we arrived. However the staff were super helpful and let us stay in an available family room for the same price as a dorm, which was very generous and appreciated! The facilities were clean and tidy, and the staff marked out places to visit on the map! Good value for Milan, but not a particularly sociable hostel. Also, don't pay for breakfast, you can find better value elsewhere!

Have to pay 10€ for air conditioning. Clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Good wifi

Relatively close to central station. The staff is not very nice, just doing the job without extras. They offer a small breakfast at 2.5 euro but is very simple. I didn't feel a good atmosphere there, but maybe it's because it was raining all the time so the outside common area was not in use. They agreed that I keep luggage there for a few days without any payment, which is positive, but when I returned to collect it, the reception guy was rude and forgot that we talked about it before.

I had a bed in a dorm located on the ground floor, quite noisy in the night and the early morning. Apart from that it was a good hostel - clean, safe, well located, no problems with bathrooms.
