Simply one of the best hostel I've tried. Rooms are spacious, the place is clean, lockers are big enough, there is a laundry service, a very friendly staff, very well located, ... Planned to stay 4 days there, but stayed two weeks !!! :-) Don't go there if you can't stand noise ... ;-)

Perfect hostel for those interested in having fun

Milhouse Hipo was a good hostel. Very big! A party hostel and so a party every second night whether that is your thing or not. Alot of organised tours etc that you can join. Good location (Better location than the other Milhouse in my opinion). Safe. Helpful staff. Met some great people here.

Best party hostel i've been at so far!They really know how to do it.!The only problem is the kitchen,for such a large commercial hostel it only has one stove and no oven to cater for the whole hostel.Not easy to cook a meal sometimes as the kitchen is so busy.Big problem that needs fixing!

Love the hostel, love the atmosphere, love the parties! This is really a party hostel! Also have great city tours and activities in their agenda. Great helpful and friendly staff and nice 6 bed mixed rooms. Well sized bathroom, same for the lockers and good bed/clean sheets.

I definitely like my staying at Milhouse Hipo! I had a great reception and the hostel promotes so many activities that get the group together. Even traveling alone I met so many people there and we have a so great time! The only thing I would like to suggest is that the cleaning time was changed for sometime later in the afternoon. As it is a party hostel it is not so pleasurable to have someone getting inside the room in the morning to clean something on it.

Great for parties

The legend of Milhouse is alive & well! It is, as advertised, a party hostel, and the staff make sure everyone is involved and enjoying themselves in the best way possible. They have nightlife spots tickets available for purchase, and happy house at the hostel every nite, a lot of fun really. Highly recommend if u just wanna party-hardy a few days, and get it out of your system, before going somewhere more quiet. The only negative is the breakfast which ends a bit early, at 10h30am...have fun!

Nice, clean rooms and bathrooms. Everyone in the hostel is here to have a good time. Very social. If you want some peace and quiet, this probably isn't the best place for you. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

This is a party hostel, yes it was fun and we stayed here deliberately for what it offered, and it is good at what it offers. However dont stay here if you would like a quiet time.

You only go there for one reason. Parties. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant and the activities they organise are very professional. A must in B.A!

Milhouse is the best hostel I've ever stayed in South America and one of the best of all I've ever been to. The rooms were great, shower was great, breakfast was great, staff was kind and the parties were awesome! Not to mention the location, which was perfect!

This hostel is in a great location. Breakfast is good and staff really friendly. This place is made for party!! So if you want to meet others backpackers and have a nice chat during dinner I wouldn't recommend this hostel, instead, if you would like to a party in BA probably this is the place. Facilities are good and fully working [sometimes shower not to hot] , staff organize many activities. On weekend get really noise at night but overall a good hostel!

Great hostel if you want to meet people, have a few drinks and enjoy the B.A. nightlife! Dorm rooms were ok, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the B.A. bike tours that you can book through the hostel, they are a great way to see the city. If you want to see a Boca Juniors game I would recommend going to the stadium to try to get tickets, rather than buying through the hostel. We got tickets for a game for 70 pesos when it was 500 through the hostel.

Milhouse Hipo is my favourite hostel of all time. It's clean, in a great location, has hot showers, and has the best party and social culture I've ever experienced. The building is beautiful and well equipped and the staff advertise daily activities so you'll never be stuck on things to do in the city. The only thing they need to improve is the wifi, it tended to be very weak, particularly in your room. Note, this is a party hostel so if you are after a peaceful stay avoid!

great hostel! i absoluteloy love the staff and would & will come back any time. security is good (big lockers, room-keys, etc.), athmosphere is amazing and the breakfirst is comparatively rich. Only drawback: the kitchen in Milhouse Hipo is way to small and desperately needs new cuttlery, pots, pans etc.,
