This place is very well done, i really enjoyed staying here. It does get a little load at night but that settles at around 2am. sleep with headphones in, thats my trick. its in a nice area not far from a plaza with lots of food items. i felt very safe walking around. staff is very nice and helpful and speak great english. The bartenders are also really nice and fun. beds are comfortable and showers are nice.
Really nice hostel in the center of Cusco, extremly helpful staff, great facilities (very nice bar on the rooftop with events every evening and good food), relaxed chill out areas, tours to be booked on spot. Great place to stay when you want to meet other travelers. Only downside: poor wifi connection (uploading pictures is almost impossible). And it's really cold!
Great location. Staff was helpful and it was nice to be able to leave my bags locked up when I left for a 5 day trek. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was no wi-fi in rooms.
The computers did not work properly and wifi was very slow at times. We were not aware of daily room cleaning and our room was cleaned and my drink was taken which i was planning to drink and empty water bottles which we were going to use.

It was really nice. The courtyard was nice. It was a releaxed atmosphere. The bathrooms could be cleaner. But there's a nice movie room and the orange juice for breakfast is really good. You can also check your stuff in when you leave for trips and come back and get it later. Which is pretty rad.
The rooms smelled terrible and were incredibly noisy. The rooms the front of the hostel were better, but anything toward the back was constantly noisy. The staff were not helpful, except for one gentleman. All in all, I could not wait to check out. No wonder they make you pay up front, we would have left after the first night.
Fantastic hostel, great staff who helped with all of our queries.
Perfect place, very clean, very confortable, two block from the plaza de armas. We will recommend Milhouse Cusco to our friend and family

Pretty nice hostel! Building is lovely, and all the staff were super helpful. Plus drinks at the bar are pretty cheap and there are eggs with breakfast. Our bathroom could have used about a bucket of febreeze, but overall a good place to stay.
Bathrooms were not that clean. One light did not work. Breakfast was good for hostels standard. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff wasnt as i spected, the badroom was dirty and had bad odors
Great hostel and amazing bar! Wifi was pretty terrible though - only whatsapp/FB messenger works. Otherwise great location and helpful staff - would stay again!
Comfortable beds and hot showers. I loved the scrambled eggs at breakfast and the choice of juices and fruits. One of the guys at the travel agency was arrogant and rude to me but I think that's a separate company. The staff at reception were great and accommodating when I kept extending my stay daily. Don't miss the cinema room. I finally got to watch the last episode of GOT while there and it was the best way to do it. Surround sound and massive screen!
Good hostel, central to everything in cusco. Can be loud at night with everyone partying till late. But we left our bags here with an excellent security system whilst doing Machu pichau and all the staff here are great. Wifi is average, sometimes it works and sometimes not.

Pros: good location, decent free breakfast, bar upstairs, very thorough room cleaning, large lockers in room for big backpack (bring own lock), comfortable bean bags in courtyard. Con: They don't give each person a key to their dorm room, which was a little odd. Instead, you just leave it unlocked, and then the last person to leave locks it, then someone at receptionist has to open it for the next person. It was annoying and a waste of time.
Great location but 6 bed dorm was very small and the ladders were dangerous. However all 6 of us had warm showers and beds were very comfortable. Cages instead of lockers inside the room were a bit wierd.
Unfortunately I was very dissappointed int the travel agency that was in Millhouse. The guide on the sacred valley tour was really boring and didn't know a lot about what he was talking. But our Macchu picchu trip was the worst. We had problems with our bus (two red lights were shinging). The driver however didn't care and so we came to a stop in St.Teresa and had to organize our own transport to Hydroelectrica, which of course we had to pay for. It was really badly organized!
I love this hostel! I've stayed here three times and it has always been very comfortable, clean and fun. They have a great atmosphere both for chilling in the patios and for having drinks at the bar. The staff is very helpful and they can help organize activities while in Cuzco. Location is also great.
Generally speaking it was an awful experience, I dont know how this place got high reviews. I guess its more for a young crowd, like being in Uni, music blaring everywhere, a bar on site. Our room was a dorm like with bunk beds, made of plywood, We took a look at our room and within the hour had to find another place to stay. Was not for us 2 middle aged females. We got 1 room out of 3 refund and went through Hostel world and didnt get a refund through them either.
