Great place to stay if you want a clean, comfortable place that doesn't have too much of a loud party atmosphere. The nights with live music can be a little loud but aside from that it had a good breakfast, lots of amenities, nice patrons, and great location close to Plaza de Armas. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Cusco.
I had a great stay, when I arrived they upgraded me to a private room, they might had overbooked the dorm. I decided to stay in the room and they gave me a 10 Sol discount. It's a quiet hostel near a busy crossing, but that did not bother me. It's has no common areas, if you don't count the hallways. The only slightly minus was that it's about 10 min walk away from Plaza Des Armes and the port.
Loved the hostel, really enjoyed my stay there, super recommend!
This place sucks. They say its secure when they give you wrist bands to prove you stay there, but the only time they asked to see it was once at 12am. Also, the beds suck I couldn't sleep. They don't wash the blankets when people leave. I ended up in crutches, and called and asked if my friend could come pick up my bag in storage for me, and they said yes as long as I email them with his name and reason. After he walked all the way over there across cusco, they wouldn't give him my bag.
Breakfast area/ bar is a great space to hang out. Large open area in middle of hostel with hammocks, ping pong etc. very close to town center. Good value.
Great atmosphere. Good fun in the evenings at the bar with live music and friendly staff. Highly recommend
This hostel was not very good value for money at all. We found it overpriced and overrated. We booked a twin room with private en suite bathroom because there were no double rooms available, instead we were given a 4 person dorm to ourselves. The bunk beds had wooden panels all over them so it was like sleeping in a box. We hated the layout so much we dragged our mattresses in the middle of the room and slept on the floor. The room smelt like cigarettes and wifi didn't work in the rooms.
Nice Hostel...definitly recommended! Perfect staff, breakfast is basic but good and the location is central. We would go again!!!
