Good secruity (lockers in the room for backpacks, lockers in courtyard, secruity guard). Sockets at every bed and good constructions so that other guests are not woken up by light.

Staff: very disrespectful and do not give you a proper toutour of the hostel. They just point fingers as if you are a dog. These poor people need not forget that it is us foreigners paying their wages. I think they get too comfortable and forget without us they are poor and hopeless.

Cleaned daily and well. Book a room with less beds to avoid smells or lines. TV/game area does not work, but who would need that. Only things that would be nice and cost minimal - provide towels for use, and soap. But super cheap to purchase next doors. Bar had great drinks and great food.

Great hostel, the only negative was that the gap between the top bunk and the ceiling was small (you couldn't sit up in bed), making getting in and out of bed a little awkward.

My friends and I stayed at Milhouse before and after we did the Inca Trail. It was honestly my favorite hostel experience. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had all sorts of great tips for exploring Cusco, and they answered all of our annoying tourist questions (we had a lot). The bar staff upstairs was even friendlier and they had unique traveler perspectives on the city. They made us feel right at home and treated us like life-long friends. We loved our stay!

We were a little spoiled and got a 4 person suite. But besides that, the lobby and courtyards were awesome places to hang out and meet up with other travelers! Breakfast was delicious, and the location was fantastic. Thanks guys, this was one of my favorite hostels to stay at!

Mil house hostel is an awesome place to stay at and provided a good experience for us while at Cuzco. Good location close to the main square and the markets. Excellent free breakfast provided. Bars open until late night with music. staff were friendly but very slow. The rooms were good with graffiti all around providing a nice ambiance. The hostel has a proper storage system in place for bags. Would definitely recommend the place.

Hostel was extremely clean with excellent facilities. Very close to the square, excellent location. Worth spending a bit more for a small dorm.

Only one bathroom outside of your room, there were lines frequently

Nice location and very convenient bar/restaurant. Staff was nice and we had an option to leave our bags locked up when we left on a mountain trek. We felt very comfortable doing this and had no problems. Only problem was wifi was very poor in the rooms but there were cool common areas and bar that had perfect reception.

Good hostel, simple breakfast with scrambled egg (1egg). We stayed in a dorm for 4 all thought it was good, but could do with romping those daft wooden things across the bed and the Shower was warm. Restaurant had good variety but very salty. Lively bus around the place, good for booking many tours and even leaving your bags in the storage while you go.

This place is very well done, i really enjoyed staying here. It does get a little load at night but that settles at around 2am. sleep with headphones in, thats my trick. its in a nice area not far from a plaza with lots of food items. i felt very safe walking around. staff is very nice and helpful and speak great english. The bartenders are also really nice and fun. beds are comfortable and showers are nice.

Really nice hostel in the center of Cusco, extremly helpful staff, great facilities (very nice bar on the rooftop with events every evening and good food), relaxed chill out areas, tours to be booked on spot. Great place to stay when you want to meet other travelers. Only downside: poor wifi connection (uploading pictures is almost impossible). And it's really cold!

Great location. Staff was helpful and it was nice to be able to leave my bags locked up when I left for a 5 day trek. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was no wi-fi in rooms.

The computers did not work properly and wifi was very slow at times. We were not aware of daily room cleaning and our room was cleaned and my drink was taken which i was planning to drink and empty water bottles which we were going to use.

It was really nice. The courtyard was nice. It was a releaxed atmosphere. The bathrooms could be cleaner. But there's a nice movie room and the orange juice for breakfast is really good. You can also check your stuff in when you leave for trips and come back and get it later. Which is pretty rad.

The rooms smelled terrible and were incredibly noisy. The rooms the front of the hostel were better, but anything toward the back was constantly noisy. The staff were not helpful, except for one gentleman. All in all, I could not wait to check out. No wonder they make you pay up front, we would have left after the first night.
