O pequeno-almoço deveria ser só um pouco maior.... um pacote de bolachas, ou mais um pão....

Stayed for 3 nights and our room was extra comfortable. Only thing that I didn't like was that the room's toilet was outside, next to the balcony, which was very cold by the time we went. Breakfast was very good. Also, the hostel has two cats inside and a dog in the backyard which I didn't mind, those who feel uncomfortable with animals should consider it. In general our stay was very good but I would suggest improvements with the WiFi's range, cleanliness and atmosphere.

We had a very nice stay at the hostel. The only negative thing were the cats since we didnt know that there were cats and one of our friends is allergic, so that wasnt that good.

Beautiful place and excellent people!

Great looking hostel and bery friendly and helpful staff! One shared bathroom with two showers and a toilet are not enough for the size of the hostel, especially considering the toilet is in the bathroom rather than outside. More heating is definitely needed as the hostel is cold all the time. Breakfast is rather small considering the price of the rooms. More bread and some cheese and ham would be very much appreciated.

be carefull, one of the rooms (a twin room) have just a window looking the stairs inside and is very small (11 square meters I think). For the others, it's ok.

We had a wonderful stay in Mimhostel thanks to the very friendly owner and staff! The hostel is nicely furnished and has a lovely garden. Showers and rooms are more than fine and breakfast is small but nice! It's a 10 minute walk into the old city center but perfect if you come by car (parked right in front of the house). Would definitely recommend this hostel.

Wonderful hostel. Joana, the land lady, is very helpful, gives many tips on where to go in the city and how to get there, cooks deliciously, and really has her heart with the hostel. Hostel is basically freshly renovated and has a very nice, warm, cosy atmosphere. A place to stay a bit, not just a bed! Only downer is the quite standard / basic breakfast with some bread, cereals, butter, jam and a bit of fruit. Maybe good by portuguese standard, but basic by central european one who eat more.
