Wifi was terrible. Other than that ok. Fine for a night. Close to the train station. Best part was TV in the room that had some English channels.

Extremely poor customer service. They do not attempt to help you if try to explain to them your situation if you have travel difficulties and cannot arrive by 7PM. Our train was delayed and we did not have internet access. We called the emergency phone # and emailed that same night because we were an hour late checking in. No one was there to help us, even at the emergency phone #. We showed up the next morning trying to explain why we could not communicate and were late. They still charged
