The closest metro station is "Smolenskaya". When you will exit from the metro, you need to turn left on Sadovoe Ring and pass by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (very high building in the Stalin skyscraper style) on your left. Walk up to building #22 (entrance #3 in the building).
