Very nice place to stay, will helpful staff, great food and it\'s also near a beautiful lake. It\'s a bit away from Kawaguchiko but it\'s easily accessible by bus.

Fantastic service thanks to Sandi and the rest of the crew. The meals were perfect, the rooms and the onsen very clean and inviting. We strongly recommand.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. It is a little far from the station, but there is transportation available both ways. Strongly recommend this hotel
