Yuji san who is the owner he can speak English very well and friendly. He suggest us for travel place and where is the Festival. There is service for pick up at the train station even you arrived late.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable. Only problems were the exit light shining brightly into the room all night, and it's a bit far if you are walking. However there are some nice hikes and the owner is generous with rides.

Very friendly, easy to find, free transport to a nearby onsen. Basic breakfast available and 15-minute walk from the station. I would stay here again!

We were very pleased with Narusawa Lodge. It is located not very far from the Tobu Station (10min by foot) in a quiet environment. The owner speaks English well and is a very friendly and helpful person. The interior is modern, clean and functional Japanese style. WiFi is available. If we ever will have the chance to come back to Nikko, we certainly would chose Narusawa lodge again. HHarenberg, Germany
