Minsk Accommodation Reviews

This is not a hostel. That's private appartment, very small, where in the kitchen lives a host and in one and only room there is a bunk bed for two. But the host let to sleep additional person on a couch and even on a folding bed (all in this one small bedroom). There is very small toilet and small bathroom in this flat. The only advantage is location - in the very centre of Minsk and that there is no alternative for budget travellers in town.

our stay in minsk was awesome. and mostly owing to oksana, the owner of the appartment. she helped us with all questions/requests we had. the place itself is clean and has everything necessary. the place is in the very center of the city arounded by restaurants, stores and cafes. don't miss a breakfast/lunch in vasilki (autentic restaurant) and cup of coffee in the london coffeehouse, the smallest one in the city with great atmosphere.

This is one of best hostels I have stayed at. Okasana was very kind, well organised, caring and spoke excellent English. I would completely recommend this hostel. The location is right on the main street and has most facilities you would expect except breakfast. The rate per night is very good considering Belarus hotel rates for foreigners are not good value. Please note this is a private flat rather than a hostel but is still a great place to stay.
