I can only say it's the best of the best!! The owners (super nice old couples) are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is soooo clean and extremely comfortable. The dinner I had is the best Japanese food I ever tasted in my whole life. Thank you Sizuo and your wife for providing such superior services for me. I really appreciate it!! Of the 14 days in Japan, this guesthouse was the best experience we had with lodging, making Nikko one of our favorite parts of our trip. It was extremely cozy and the rooms were spacious & comfortable. The best part was the owners. They were two of the friendliest & sweetest people we’d met in Japan (that says a lot!). Everything was spotless. There’s more I want to say but not enough space. Very cozy home and very friendly helpfull hosts. They took us to a nice restaurant by car, met great people, and afterward picked is back up while passing along some sightseeing spots. They were also a gift from heaven in helping me with planning my trip ... pointing out what bus to take, recommending onsen, what to see first according to my preferences ... One of the best places I have ever stayed at. It was just so comfortable and relaxed. The hosts were unbelievably friendly and accommodating too.
