The owner was very kind and helpful. He even drove us to a place to eat because the night was very cold. The giant bathtub where we could take a typical Japanese bath all together was amazing. The room was nice and very traditional, but it had no lock so if we would have had to leave things to travel around it would have been unsafe. This is not considered a problem here in Japan, due to how safe it is, but still a locker with locks would have been nice.

Staff very nice and friendly, drove us to the temples at midnight for new years and also back to the station! calm, peaceful, lovely home with nice atmosphere. VERY clean :)
