Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to see the hostel. We were contacted with an SMS the day of our arrival to be informed that the hostel was OVERBOOKED (we have booked it 2wk earlier) and that they have found us a different accommodation. When we called them, a man, named Don, told us that they had a problem that morning and there was nothing else they could do. On our arrival in the other hostel (definitely inferior level) we were told that the room had been booked one day before.

After booking this hostel a week in advance, we were disappointed to find out that they had given us the wrong address, so after taking an expensive train and walk uphill with suitcases, we were not impressed. After ringing the manager he arranged to get us picked up but we still had to wait a good half an hour before that happened. We were then told we had to wait for our room to be made up despite already telling them the time we would be checking in. Overall the stay was average.
