When in the Skanderbeg Main Square in Tirana go in front of the Tirana Hotel, then take the road on your right (mountain Dajti side - Rr e Dibres). Continue for 300 metres. Take the little pass between Stela Hotel (in front of Olsi Hair System). Behind the Kongresi i Permetit Music School you will find a yellow new building (Rr Zenel Baboci, Pallati Ferrrari). In the hall of the building on the 3rd and 5th floor you will find your comfortable place to stay.
