Nothing unpleasant about this place, but also nothing outstanding, except possibly the location. It was walkable to all the fun parts of Hongdae. The location recently moved to right outside exit 5 of Hongik University station. The owner is nice, but don't expect a large communal space where you will meet other travelers. There is a living room and a kitchen, but they didn't feel very "come have a chat"-esque. Overall, decent stay.
