Miss Sophie's is an adorable little hostel that is more like a boutique hotel. The showers really were amazing, and the beds were well-equipped with outlets, reading light, comfortable pillows, warm blanket, and shelf. My triple was a little crowded but it was liveable. The facilities were all very clean. I did read about a chilly reception from the people who worked the front desk and that was definitely true, and that really ruined an otherwise amazing hostel experience for me.

Great place to stay. Friendly, clean, recommendable. A more inviting common area would be good. The place is in my opinion closer to a Hotel than a hostel. Regards

Rainfall showerheads in luxury bathrooms? Check. Very quiet, almost mature environment. Not necessarily so social. But staff were so helpful and the rooms really were wonderful. Location was easily walkable from the Old Quarter. Definitely worth the stay.

It was OK. Staff wasn't very nice. Kitchen is separted in a different building and that's hard for cold nights. But the rest was OK. Decoration is great and rooms are comfortable. It's located kind far form historical center, if you like to walk... but it's a beautiful city to enjoy on the way there. Atmosphere is OK, but quiet.

Good hostel not far from the center of Prague. Very good value for money if you make a reservation a few months before your trip. If I come back to Prague, I will stay in Miss Sophie's ...

A thoughtfully and fashionably designed hostel that really felt more like a hotel/B&B with less privacy and far lower prices. The "rain showers" were actually a major draw, and they did not disappoint. The buffet breakfast (not included with the room) was excellent, far and beyond standard hostel fare -- especially the croissants, which I will not soon forget. One complaint: the WiFi connection in the secondary building was unbearably slow. Overall, a really great place to stay.

I really like the place, is very well designed and makes you feel confortable like none else. But having only 1 bathroom to share between 10 people is not cool. Really. in my room there were 5 people, and the room next to me , also. but then, we had only ONE bathroom. One toilet, one shower, one sink. That's so hard to deal with, and i was expecting a little bit more. If you wan to have just one facility like it, then at least have it separated. So people can use it all instead of making a line.

A stylish place to stay and a good base from which to discover the city. Everything was comfortable and clean which is a great start. However I didn't feel like this was a hostel as there was little or no socialising. Also the receptionist didn't let us check in until the evening, without apologising for inconveniencing us. All in all, a good place to stay but not my favourite hostel. It's definitely more like a hotel, so if you're looking for the hostel experience this won't do it for you.

First thing is first, the receptionist was beautiful, elegant, helpful and spoke very good English. Whilst settling up the bill we were guided to all the good locations in the city by her, as it was our first time in Prague I personally though this aspect of extra service was fantastic. The cleanliness of our private 5 dorm room was excellent. Both shower rooms were a dream, great value for money. Now if your British out on a lads holiday I would recommend to keep your party antics outside....

the wi-fi was awefull( there was impossible to use it, the shower is not good, coz taking a shower-water is everywhere in the closet. and as far as it was female room there were not some special occasion for us, so to make up you have to make up something.

The owner is a very rude woman, she doesn\'t seem to know that she is in the customer service business.

If you are looking for a bit of luxury in between the 12 bed dorms, this is the place for you! The bedroom we had was beautiful, modern minimalist décor – Oh and did I mention the rainshower?! Its only three blocks away from Wenceslas Square, but you are also a little bit out of the touristy old town so there are some great local restaurants nearby with amazing traditional Czech food. Staff were also nice and very helpful about recommendations. Thanks Miss Sophies. I would love to come again!
