A hostel that is totally cool. Always on hand to help, but none of the bullsh#t pretending to be nice so you spend more money. This place has genuinely nice staff and the rooms are great; very modern, comfortable and all facilities. The wifi works and the best thing in my opinion is that you are left to get on with your own devise so you can get on with things without feeling like you have to socialise with French people who have discovered travel. Easily the best hostel I've stayed in europe.

Had a wonderful four nights' stay at Miss Sophie's five-bed female dorm. The room is spacious and has proper single beds instead of the usual bunk beds. Very clean and comfortable. Love how the ensuite bathroom is somehow separated from the sleeping area with another door. It's not a party hostel, but has great atmosphere and set-up for meeting like-minded travelers. The breakfast is a must-have!!! And not forgetting the most wonderful Christmas dinner at Sir Toby's! Thank you, Miss Sophie's!

We stayed in one of the private apartments, and it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Private kitchen, bathroom and enormous bedroom! Immaculately clean, beautiful, comfortable, spacious! I can't say enough about the room it was spectacular! Breakfast was also a great option - very cool breakfast/lounge area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, friendly, cheap, and only a fifteen-minute walk from the touristy part of town. Very comfortable! Highly recommended!

I'm really anal when it comes to cleaniness at hostels and i was very pleased with the cleanliness of miss sophie's. the bathrooms were spotless, the mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all insanely clean. Also, the bathrooms in the 16 bed room room were amazing. Like a hotel.
