We rented the 4 bedroom dorm for 2 nights. The room stunk like cigarrettes, they were doing some remodeling and started construction at 7am with loud banging on the roof and hammering, drilling and dirty bathrooms. It is close to the Plaza de Armas but Arequipa is a small area so all hostels are close.
