Great place to stay! Close to the airport. Anthony was incredibly helpful with working out the arrangement for our Kruger Safari and getting to/from the airport. On our second stay in Jo'burg MoAfrika was full. But instead of turning us away Anthony set us up in one of his friend's guesthouses. I would absolutely stay again.

Really an excellent place to stay. Very helpful stuff and a real mo africa atmosphere. To go to Jo'burg takes a while, but the distance to the airport is short. Thanks to all ...

A great place to meet people. this hostel had a really relaxed atmosphere. It lacked a score for security for me as there was nowhere to lock up your possessions. The also mentioned that they would be building lockers to put your things in, so hopefully the security will improve very soon. The hostel is in a rather boring location with nothing much of interest nearby, but at least is is close to the airport. The food there is good, try the impala!!!

Its a really nice place, but its far from everything so you get dependent on the staffs transfer ability, they know this so they can pick what prices they want. And its always changing, we where two people and they put us sometimes full price for transfer.

Anthony, the owner, is a great guy and will help with everything needed - transfers, tour packages, food, etc Although we only had one meal, it was a really good one - try the kruger pie! Joburg is an spread out city and taxiing around is expensive, so it makes sense to stay close to were you will frequent the most. In our case it was the airport, so MoAfrika was a perfect choice - 10 minutes away, with timely and free (in) and fair priced (out) transfers. The hostel is clean and rooms are ample

Great place! Very clean and organized! Good breakfast (cereals, yogurt, juice, eggs, tost and bacon) The location is very close the airport, so it's easy for the pass guests! If you want to know the Joahnnesburg's downtown I recommend one hostel closer than downtown because it's very distant the downtown. If you want to know the Kruger and to need the hostel close the airport it's perfect (transfer free!) I definitely recommend the MoAfrika!
