First rate place all around. A place in a upscale coastal burb to splurge on a chill. Million dollar location by the bay. Sea view doubles are awesome. Check wxr forecast for Sun.
We stayed there to be there, not commute to Welly. We stayed in Welly for that. Cafes, shops are 10-30 minute walk. Nice 2-hr hill track above. First rate place all around. A place in a upscale coastal burb to splurge on a chill. Million dollar location by the bay. Sea view doubles are awesome. Check wxr forecast for Sun.

The owners of this lodge are lovely people who have spent alot of time and money on making the lodge what it is today.They went out of their way to make us feel welco.it is very warm and welcoming and has the most amazing bathrooms, very clean and they accomodate for all of your needs. Very nice, comfortable hostel, with lots of personality. They asked us to take off our shoes at the door, which was a bit unusual, but it didn't bother me at all. The house is 20 metres from the beach - you can sleep with the sound of the waves coming from outside the window. Charming, comfortable stay.Very nice, comfortable hostel, with lots of personality. A place with an excellent view. Our room faced the lake. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I personally also liked the fact that we were away from the city but not too far away. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the downtown Wellington. I would stay here again.A place with an excellent view. Our room faced the lake. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
