There was not even a bed just a matters which was so bad I sleep on the floor on the quilt. The burthroom need repering and I move out as soon as I could find somewhere I have on worrys with hotelworld they have been wonderful. Just need to get up to date info on hostel Mojito house must have taken the pictures 10 years or more ago. I stayed with Thai's in a small village with no running water or power It was better then Mojito House.

Nice and clean place, helpful staff, in house bar and bbq. They charge for luggage storage, even though it's only for one night. Would stay there again.

Everyone here was extremely nice, from the guests all the way to the owner, Dang, who helped my travel buddy

location is great but it lacks atmosphere the staff leaves and closes the doors at 8pm effectively shutting down the common room and no one hangs out there. also there is only one computer and only one person speaks enough english to communicate so if she isnt there you cant book any tours. but overall a fine place to stay for the money given that it is in central chiang mai and really close to the backpacker bars. also staying in a tent is a nice option bc you have a little bit of privacy.

Mojito House had everything that we needed and their location is great--right in the heart of the city square. The staff was very nice and our room was clean. We stayed there for about 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone who's passing through Chiang Mai.

Stayed here over songkran, stayed in dorm for 2 nights and private room for rest of stay. Dorm simple but gets the job done, no bunk beds, just mattresses with curtains for privacy, a bit too warm at night. Private room very basic but again, it's cheap and cheerful. Private bathroom main downside, only one for all guests and people using the bar. Bar a nice place to chill, excellent 60 baht mojitos and friendly staff. Location is great. If you want something really cheap go for it.

A nice hostel in a good area, very close to the market. Coming from the train station we paid 20 baht on a red bus thing.. he started at 300. There's a restaurant attached to the hostel which opens at varying times. The rooms are clean, and there are lockers on the ground floor where you can rent a padlock. The dorms have great air circulation, but the double room wasn't so lucky.

Cheap and cheerful - my friend and I had a wonderful stay. The actual Mojito's in the restaurant attached are only 60 baht and the best I've had in Thailand! The Staff were lovely too. The beds were comfortable - and plenty of fans to cool us down at night. Some other people staying went on a trek booked through the hostel - found they had got the best deal compared to the others on the same trip and had a really fantastic time- if I had more time I would have done the same one! Very pleased!

We definitely got bedbugs in this hostel. We noticed bites halfway through our 4 nights, so they might have come with another traveller. We told the staff, and they came up to change our sheets and look at our beds, but then told us it was ants and not bed bugs because they couldn't see any. But we all had bites were definitely bedbug bites. The hostel is cheap, yes, but it's really not clean and I wouldn't recommend it. The owners also try to over-sell you tours which is off-putting.

Stayed in the double-bed room with a fan and a big balcony. The mattress was a little too soft. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Great location and clean enough. Definitely value for money!

This hostel is in a good location if you want to check out the old town in Chiang Mai. In the heart of Sompet market so you can get fresh foods, cooked chicken, fruit juices made, etc...There is also an Internet cafe down the street that offers coffee, printing, and has webcams. Lots of restaurants nearby and tuk tuks. You can't beat the price! The single beds are nice if you're in a group, but I'd highly recommend the tent if you're solo. The restaurant next door adjacent barbecues every nite.

Big and clean beds in a quiet room. Christmas lights around each beds was a nice touch. Pretty close to the center, but still in a quiet area. The staff members could be better, but you can tell they really try their best. A very comfortable place to stay.

I stayed there for one night only, cause I need to go the next place. Mojito House serves well just to have a roof and a bed to sleep on. My advice is just be open minded. You might just freak out at first glance if you're the "super clean" type.

We stayed in the triple room and it was great. No decorations or ac but the nights are cool and fans are enough. They didn't provide toilet paper which was odd but they had towels! The beds were comfy. For the price it was a very good hostel and great location. Right down the road from all the farang bars!

simple good place to stay while passing through...safe and great location near lovely market with beautiful fruit salad, muesli and yogurt inside the market, see the lady Tips for the best breakfast at 50 baht. traditional thai family runs this place and its a good value. hot shower, lockers and tents if the dorm crew is not for you. good to socialize and meet fun travelers. stayed twice back and forth from Pai as many do.

After receiving a very frosty welcome from a man upon my arrival my stay at this hostel was quite good! The other staff managed to redeem my experience but the one toilet/shower for the guests and the restaurant customers is not enough! Putting tents in the hallway is just getting greedy! There are plenty of great hostels in Chiang Mai so I have chose to stay elsewhere for the remainder of my stay!

Dang the manager was awesome! She was so knowledgable and booked us some great trips and our travel while we were there. 100% reccommend staying there and you have to get Lim to make you a mojito.. best in Chiang Mai :) oh and his kebabs are out of this world! Will always remember my time there... we loved it :D
