Great place in a great location. banana pancake breakfast was delicious. The staff were amazingly friendly and really made us feel welcome. The only complaint is that the cleaning ladies sat outside our door playing loud music on their phones at 730 am but other than that i would recommend this place to anyone.

This is without doubt THE best hostel I have found anywhere in S/E Asia. It is mostly the wonderful staff who make this the case - being greeted by your christain name every time you come and go is lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. There are plenty of other bonuses - the super-cheap rate, the central location, the beach 5 minutes walk away, free WIFI/computers, roof top area for the breakfast included in the nightly rate and several little extras - a major jewel!

Staff was very friendly, they try to remember the names of each guest and always find the time to help and talk to you. They did not try to rip us off, which was a change from the other hostels we've been to in vietnam! The rooms and breakfast were good but nothing too special. Overall good value for money.

The staff was superb nice, I think one of the best I ever met. I didn't like the rooms though - small, no window outside, and no real shower (not to mention a tub). One night before we stayed in a hotel 50m away, that was 1/3 cheaper and had nicer rooms.

Great hostel staff, and location. They are genuinely interested in you and try to help you with any questions or way they can. I booked bus tickets to Hoi An through them and they are very helpful. Hostel offers free cooked breakfast which is more than your basic. Elevator was also great to have for any injured (me) guests that find the stairs difficult. Great place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed to have a genuine interest in each person. The location is in the middle of the main tourist area, and it's a short walk to the beach. There are a few different options for the breakfast that is included, which is nice.

Excellent location, 5 mins to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and recently furnished so a nice place to sleep. Common area is quite small and tucked away behind reception so not the most sociable hostel. Note if you're arriving late at night /v.early in the morning there is only a night porter to let you in, so you won't be able to check in.

Excellent hostel, great bfast on the roof, very friendly staff who knew everyone's names and were very helpful booking things. Good location, in the middle of night life but being down a side street you don't hear any music. 3/4 mins walk to the beach. Would recommend this hostel and would stay again.

The staff was beyond helpful. The responded to every request with enthusiasm & with utmost professionalism. They were even kind enough to offer the couch during the height of Tet after I missed my bus. Highly recommend.

Very kind staff tried to do their best. However: did not get to check in early as planned-4 hour wait! Jammed night door button disturbed + woke me up in the middle of the night. Not having my bed sheets changed for four days was gross! Bugs on the bed bit me--the blood stains indicated the sheets never changed! 1:30 AM rude and noisy hostel guests coming in very annoying. Power outages jolted the building waking me up early in the AM!

A great place to meet people. In a really good location, right near the beach. Breakfast was good. Room was really nice and clean. We arrived early, way ahead of the check in time, and our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a better room that was ready for no extra cost. Great staff!

This place ticks all the boxes - location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good bfast, clean, and good Internet speed. This hostel wouldn't be out of place in Europe, definitely the best I've come across in Asia. Would highly recommend.

Can't fault this place. The rooms are spotless, the huge under bed lockers for your valuables is perfect. The breakfast is fine and the common area very comfortable. It's right near the main street but just enough off it that it's quiet and perfect for a good nights sleep. The staff are very friendly and help with everything. I have recommended here to everyone i've met and would definitely stay again
