Very helpful and nice staff (no problems with late arrival and early leaving). No locks in the dorms. I was surprised that smoking is allowed in the lobby/bar/common-room but I guess it's how the law is in Israel. WiFi both in the rooms and the lobby (but the signal upstairs was of course weaker). In general I'd recommend this place and probably will stay there on my next trip to Tel Aviv.

Location near the beach and the staff were great. Otherwise very basic facilities.

Momo's is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. I was molested by a GIANT COCKROACH in the bathroom. A cockroach ran up my leg through my pants and needless to say I am scarred for life now. When I told the hostel worker my story, he continued the harassment and said "what a lucky cockroach!". Besides this horrible story, there are creepy old men who seem to live in the hostel and walk around in their underwear and cook bacon in the bathroom (this is where the private kitchens are).

Decent hostel, nice staff, great location, good bed. Bathroom was small and old. Common room was not very cosy.

I absolutely loved Momo's! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. It has the kind of relaxed family atmosphere I have yet to encounter anywhere else in the world. The rooms can be a bit small, but it is comfortable, clean and remains good value for money! Don't think twice about going here, there's a reason previous visitors are always going back! ;-)

I know that you should expect humble conditions in a hostel but this was much more than just humble. I had a single room, which was so small that it should rather be classified as a place on a shelf in a wardrobe. There's only enough room for the bed actually. Moreover the walls look as if somebody had just vomited on them and the paint is flaking. Wifi works only in the lobby which is also a smoking area, filled with heavy smoke 24h a day. No heating or AC.

Its a rather basic hostel, but provides fairly cheap accommodations within walking distance of the beach. I stayed in a single private room which was small but adequate. The room had a TV with channels in English. Free wifi in the lobby is a plus. While not the most exciting hostel I've stayed in, Momo's did its job in providing a cheap place to stay while in Tel Aviv.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, but the place is pathetic - it needs a major overhaul; worst hostel i've ever seen so far; not worth paying nis160 for the kind of room i got, old worn out sheets, dirty drape, peeling paint on the wall, substandard shower/toilet, loud music/noise coming from adjacent bar; the owner or management should be creative or should have some sense of creativeness in making this hostel traveler friendly.

Fantastic staff and company at the hotel. A really fun place to be and a great introduction to Israel. The location is fantastic, and allows easy access to the whole city. Thank you Momo's!

Nice location, hostel is clean, and there is a comfortable common area. Liked that they provided towels! I stayed in a private room and was dismayed to find out, when I went to turn out the lights, that my room had a glass panel above the door that let in so much light from the hallway that it was difficult to sleep. I didn't see another room that had this, but the staff should put a curtain on this window. Some of the staff members were very friendly and helpful; one was a bit grumpy.

Hostel has decent location and staff is quite nice. Unfortunatley, place does not look nice - it is rather old and do not have any particular style. It is just a economic choice for stay.

Hostel was OK. It's very shabby, the showers are dirty and smelly. Worst thing was the room without AC. Staff was nice, breakfast very basic (tea or coffee and a cake).

Great location. But, there's no AC (which in the summer makes it hard to sleep), a club next door that blasts music til 4 or 5am every night (also making it difficult to sleep), and it could be better maintained (most of the lockers were bent so as to be non-functional, the furniture was old and squeaky, etc) and cleaned (I don't think they ever change the undersheets on the beds). Having said that, it was cheap and central. Just wanted you to know what you're getting for your money.
