Friendly and helpfull staff, good location (10-15 min from the old town) . Not really great WC and showers.

Very, very friendly staff :) It's not the most beautiful hostel but everything that you need is right there. And the location is excellent.

Here's everything what's needed: a bed, cool staff, wi-fi, shower, breakfast in the morning, cosiness and many nice pubs nearby if u feel too lazy to step these three steps to the Old Town. No problems at all, only good memories left after the stay here. Thank you, guys, for everything!

The staff is really nice and available. Thanks to them, the atmosphere is also great even if nobody is in the hostel! (in January, only few people come in Cracow while this season is wonderful with the snow). Good place, near area with pubs and restaurants, and not far from the center (10-15min walk). But really difficult: we have to drink a shot of vodka at the checking out... really difficult at 10am... (I'm kidding, it's a really kind attention and useful before going outside when it's cold).

Momotown is a good hostel with all the things that you need to travel. The only thing that i missed was a good place to be together with the others backpackers, they only have a TV room. But i liked this place, thank you!

Momotown looks a little like an old school building. I was there in the off season and it was very quiet. Great location and near lots of great bars and restaurants.

One night we had no heater. Another person in another room confirmed the same story.
