We stayed there for two nights and during our entire stay we saw a single staff member for a total of 20 minutes to collect our money. The rest of the time the place was empty. Not such a big deal, I guess but no one was there when we arrived. It was sort of a joke around the place. We called the woman and she told us over the phone where our room was and where we could find the keys. Nice enough place I guess, but if you want any help organizing tours then you might be out of luck.

Nice place with homey feel. I came on the quiet season so I didn't really meet anyone but still really cool!

Private room adjacent to kitchen and living. So always possibillity unwanted fiesta after 10pm. Owner and or his/her deputees not always there. Friendly but disappearing all the time. Due to time differences I found myself all alone in the centre of the city. at night and felt obliged to go for an unofficial taxi to the railway station.

I stayed here for almost a month. The hostel's location is very good and the owner is very nice, understanding, and she speak English pretty well. She always maintain the place clean.

Excellent location within the city and as per the other reviews, you simply can't fault Eiggy for her customer service. She was always available to answer questions and went out of her way to help us. She picked us up from the train station at 6.30am and arranged for us to stay in a lovely family ger at a day's notice. The facilities are quite basic, but don't let that deter you.

1 toilet and shower for up to 12 people. Kitchen not the cleanest. Manager on PC 24/7 in the dorm = awkward. Be aware you will recieve the cold shoulder when declining to take a tour with the hostel - wasn't even looked in the eye or spoke to when paying for the accomodation - maybe to with the fact our my money would be spent elsewhere. Staff member was looking forward to the Peace Corp coming ($$$) warned us they would be drunk and noisey instead of telling them to respect other guests.
