Showers great, room good, staff v.helpful (Vietnam visa 3.5 days, 450Y). I'd give it top marks. Not exactly plush but prettty good. Air con works even

great hostel with a fun atmosphere, but the staff were rude and unhelpful.

There where 2 small onconvenients one was that twice we found the keys of the rooms in a communal toilet in my floor which makes you feel your properties unsafe aand the other is that when we talked to the person at the reception they didnt pay much attention or seem to care to what we told them. Nevertheless, the overall of my stay in the hotel was excellent, the atmosphere with Jane, the people at the roof top and all the different activities provided make it so much worth to go there.

The location is great, the staff is mostly friendly, and the rooftop terrace is probably a lot of fun during the summer. But the 6-bed dorm we were in was tiny and dirty, and so was the bathroom. They did not clean it every day, and when day did, the difference wasn't big. The room was cold and very damp. Apart from the small, cold lobby and the terrace, there's no common room, so no cozy place to hang out during the winter. I honestly don't know how this hostel got into Lonely Planet.

Monkey Jane\'s was great! The staff are friendly, the accommodations are comfortable in summer and winter, and the location couldn\'t be better. I will definitely stay there again.

Hostel is in reconstruction so I don't recommend you stay there until it is fully refurbished.
