We loved the Monkey Lodge! We brought our two kids (10 and 12) and it was their favorite place of our whole trip. The rooms are simple but adequate, the hospitality was warm and the food was excellent. Fabrice, the owner, took us boating down the Panama Canal. Amazing! He brought us to see monkeys, who swung over trees and hopped onto our boat for peanuts and plaintains. He packed a lunch and we went to a secret hideaway nestled right outside the jungle where we explored. Go to Monkey Lodge!!

Had a fabulous time....Fabrice and family were very accommodating. Helped us with numerous trip plans and booking flights out of Panama (which can be quite the challange if you don't speak Spanish)...LOL The meals provided were delicious! The monkeys were wonderful entertainment and kept you on your toes. The grounds, pool and room were top drawer.

Treated ourselves to Monkey Lodge for our last night in Panama .. wonderful place to stay complete with friendly entertaining monkeys, charming staff and fantastic food! Do link with Monkey Lodge about transport there before arrival as the location is tucked away ..

Fabrice's family was great! veru helpfull with very usefull advises! on eof the best time in panama!
