We are an older couple The entrance could do with a tidy up Perhaps some jam or other condiment with toast for breakfast Staff very helpful and only a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants

We thought 9:30 was quiet time. We had to be up in the morning by 5:00 to dive and the doors were slamming constantly all night long and people in the halls were yelling until midnight and up all night. Also we only got one key for two of us in a private room. This made it impossible to split up and one of us went up to bed and the other was locked out until someone left and the door could be opened since no way to contact the person already in the room.

Great hostel with a pool and really close to the beach. Easy to get to by public transport and really handy for Australia Zoo. A lot of people were staying long term and working - I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had found a few people who were just passing through quickly like I was. Thin mattress not very comfy and the toilet in the en suite made noise for a long time after flushing.
