There were good kitchen facilities, the beds were comfortable and the ensuite shower was excellent. Unfortunately none of the plug sockets in our room seemed to be working so I couldn't charge my phone, but we didn't ask the staff about this as we arrived late and left quite quickly in the morning, so to be fair to them there could have been an explanation or an easy way to resolve the issue.

A lovely hostel. The reason I only gave average for facilities is the kitchen - this is too small and has no windows -when busy it's definitely on the claustrophic side. The hostel is owned by a tour company so geared towards coach parties - something to bear in mind. But certainly great location and super friendly staff.

Accidentally went into wrong room one night and was horrified that I could. The cards seem to work in all the doors. Not good. Ecerything else was fab tho. Clean comfy warm rooms, great kitchen facilities and very good staff. The showers were particularly good!
