Very good value. Though a little far to walk (20-30 minutes to Vatican/Colisseum), there were two close metro stations. Staff was very nice and helpful. Security was excellent. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Breakfast was good. It was nice being close to the train station, too.

great value of money for a city like Rome. not enough pressure in the shower, others are fine.

Great place! About a 20 minute walk from the Fountain of Trevi and a short walk to the train station (which is 30 minutes from the airport by train). Not always easy to meet new people and there is no placa to cook your own food. Plenty of good and inexpesive panini places in the area. The receptionists are SUPER helpful and very patient! Overall a great place to stay when in Rome.

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Andrea was particularly enthusiastic in providing any information that we might need and always available for questions and help. The room that we had was in the new building that was quite a distance from the main building. If you have many or heavy luggage that might be a hassle to be moving from one to another. But besides that, both are near to the Termini station which is the central location for buses and trains.

Excellent location if being close to Termini suits which it did us. The rooms are very comfortable even with the persistent noise of Rome. One minor complaint is that the toilets are located in the same rooms as the showers so 'bathroom rush' is a factor. The blonde girl on reception is super-friendly and very helpful. For a superb dining experience, eat at 'La Capitale' just around the corner on Via Goito.

地段离火车站有点小远,倒是比较靠近repubblica地铁站,环境还不错

Without previous notice they gave us rooms at a different location, quite distant from the main reception (via Palermo). Luckily we didn't need anything there except for checking in and out. The place we stayed at was closer to the city center, but not nearly as quiet as they ensured us. Also, we got vouchers for breakfasts in a nearby cafe but they didn't bother to mention that the place is closed on Sundays...

Close to Termini Station, which was handy. Located in a good part of town with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. No kitchen, but the breakfast they serve in the morning was surprisingly good compared to what I've had in other hostels before. Common area has no carpet or padded chairs, so it can get a bit noisy with all the echos, but it was still a nice place to hang out and meet people. I would have preferred to have had a couch facing the TV, but that's a minor complaint.

Good location. Good facilities, although not enough bathrooms (one shower and toilet in the same room for whole floor s not enough. Dorms are more like hotel rooms, very spacious (good if the other people in your room are sociable, otherwise might be a bit hard to meet other people (wifi works in the rooms, so no real reason to go downstairs except to watch TV). Really nice and clean with very helpful staff though. GREAT night bakery a few doors down, go there!

All of the employees were great and so helpful! It seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs. The tour on Saturday is definitely worth the ten euro; you get to see outside (sometimes inside) many of the major monuments/buildings plus you get the history of them. My tour guide (sorry, I forgot his name but he's from Brasil) was so funny! The only thing I wish was different was that there was more bonding activities set up by the hostel for those staying. All in all, it was a great!

This hostel was very Katy Perry--hot -cold (showers, food, burned or freezing) yes-no, up-down.. Not terribly clean or nice, beds are uncomfortable, shower doesn't drain and either burns or freezes you. Other than the one condescending and extremely unfriendly receptionist who gave me extreme attitude when I asked to switch out of a cramped room with all older men (plenty of empty beds), the other staff were generally very nice and helpful. Good for meeting ppl. Unsure if this is worth the $$

The "Excellent" in staff item is for Adriana, the adorable receptionist with hospitality and a good knowledge of the city. And the hostel itself is also good, except for the same boring breakfast everyday.

The staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. The rooms are really nice and clean, the quality of some much more expensive hotels. It's right near the main station which makes using public transport very easy. The staff can help with directions to anywhere you wish to go. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed in while travelling around Europe.

The staff members were so helpful and pleasant to work with; they gave great suggestions (when to visit specific tourist attractions) and also restaurant recommendations. Met some great people here! Would definitely come back.

We were charged the city taxes at our arrival. Unfortunately this was not mentioned during the reservation process (or at least I did not see it there). I don't mind paying city taxes as long as it is mentioned right from the beginning of the reservation process.

The staff during my stay was really kind and attentive.Thank you for the understanding and cooperation I have received and for detailed explanations that helped me a lot for visiting the curiosities of the beatiful Rome. About breakfast - you could add something salty like yoghurt,cheese,salami/ham.

The staff was very knowledgable and eager to assist me in navigating Rome, seeing the worthwhile sites, etc. It's nice to have a continental breakfast and a DVD player. The hostel was very clean.
