The staff was great. The location is good (near to Termini). The room was very simple but clean.

This hostel is located on the main road. For that reason, all noisy come to your room unless you close the windows. If you close the windows, room temerature is getting high . If your sleep is very sensitive, can't fall a asleep The breakfast was bed as well. I had forgetton my trousers. My friend would go to the hostel to take it . I wrote an email to hostel's official mail address. They didn't reply. Location is very good. everywhere is close as well as termini station.

Nice place with helpful staff and a decent breakfast. Can't beat the location - right by Termini and not far to walk from a lot of great sites.

The hostel was a good place to lay your head in Rome. The bathroom in my room had that awful mildew-y smell that some can have. But, roll with the punches right? Also Internet was quite flaky. But... I still give it a 90%! :)

I thought your staff were fantastic. I was provided with the perfect advice and maps for my two days in Rome, with some very important and helpful tricks/ tips thrown in.

We stayed in a 4-bed en-suite room and apart from a slightly dodgy shower, it was great. The room was spacious and clean with the bathroom through a small entryway with lockers – very handy not to have it directly off the room. The reception staff were excellent – very friendly and helpful and available 24/7. It’s a good location, not too far from the station or main parts of town – easily walkable but there are also buses nearby.

Really can't fault this place - professionally run, great staff and a funky little kitchen/common area downstairs. Whilst the hostel shares a stairwell with other apartments, staff have a camera to see who is going into each apartment before buzzing you in. Rooms also have locks with lockers inside. Staff were always there, smiling and happy to assist. Good wifi everywhere, and facilities well kept, clean and modern. 10-15 mins fast walk from main station. I extended my stay 4 more nights.

Very nice and informative staff...(with very good English). Hostel is close to Termini station which is convenient for getting to other places. Free breakfast in the morning was nice and an added bonus to the stay. Dorms for 4-people are much nicer than dorms for 8 or more..Great value for the money and we've already recommended this hostel to others.

The rooms are fairly big with big lockers and a room key for everyone. There is only one bathroom for two rooms and toilet and shower are combined. The included breakfast is all you can eat and quite good. The staff is really friendly and happy to help you out :)

Sorry but I don't recommend this hostel at all. It had no atmosphere and in fact I booked a different hostel after only one night here. The staff was not friendly at all - rather than a "welcome to Rome" all I got was a "can i have your passport?". Wouldn't let me get to my room early even though I had let them know I had been up for over 24 hours. Found out later that room was ready all day.

Had a great time! The staff were friendly. Security was much better than any hostel I had stayed in before. Good location, close to Termini. Would definitely stay there again.

We were in a room in their more central location which was fantastic, short walk to almost all the major sites in Rome. We were also one of the first people to stay in their new building and it is beautiful. The desk staff were so helpful and nice, she even let us use the showers before we were able to check in. Breakfast in the newer location is downstairs at the cafe next door

Great hostel, the staff was really nice and helpful, good free breakfast, good wifi. We had a really nice, clean, comfortable private room with a private bathroom that felt like a nice hotel rather than a hostel. We had a really nice experience and I would definitely recommend it!

I was not impressed with only one bathroom for the whole floor. Often, we were locked out of the bathroom and you never knew how long it would take to wait. I spent many times waiting and only stayed at the hostel 3 nights.
