We were in a room in their more central location which was fantastic, short walk to almost all the major sites in Rome. We were also one of the first people to stay in their new building and it is beautiful. The desk staff were so helpful and nice, she even let us use the showers before we were able to check in. Breakfast in the newer location is downstairs at the cafe next door

Great hostel, the staff was really nice and helpful, good free breakfast, good wifi. We had a really nice, clean, comfortable private room with a private bathroom that felt like a nice hotel rather than a hostel. We had a really nice experience and I would definitely recommend it!

I was not impressed with only one bathroom for the whole floor. Often, we were locked out of the bathroom and you never knew how long it would take to wait. I spent many times waiting and only stayed at the hostel 3 nights.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, and would gladly answer questions I had. I felt comfortable there and would definitely go back there if I were to stay in Rome again!

We had a fantastic stay in Rome partly due to the nice staff at Mosaic! They are very friendly and helpfull. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations, we especially liked the La Capitale Restaurant.

Good location near train station and within walking distance to most major places (Vatican is just under an hour, which is the farthest). Good social areas even though most people kept to themselves. Good security with reception, locked main door and hallway doors and room doors. Rooms were clean and new and so was bathroom. Only one bathroom on the floor of about 10 people, but I never ran into anyone else.

Nice hostel! Rooms and bathroom were always clean. Staff excelent: very helpfull and friendly. There was just a little problem with the WC but they make it work in just a few hours! There is a safety box in the room for passport and money. The hostel is near to Termini station, so close from the airport train and metro if you don't want to walk.

A nice hostel, with friendly, knowledgable staff! The breakfast is great, a little naughty but much better than most hostels. I'd definitely recommend it!

Close to Termini station. Spacious and nicely decorated twin room with good beds. It would be better if there was a seperate toilet on the 3rd floor, not in the same room as the shower.

Stayed there with my mother in a mixed two bed dorm. Was worried what she might think about staying in a hostel but it turned out perfect for us. The room, shared bathroom and common areas were all spotles. The staff were also really lovely and helpful and the proximity to Termini was very convenient. I actually found that most of the tourist sites were walkable from the hostel.

Some of the most comfortable beds. Small lockers. Knowledgable staff. Great security if you trust your roomies with your luggage not being locked up.

My favorite hostel I stayed in in Italy. Very nice for what you pay to stay there! The breakfast is really good and is more than just toast and cereal, which I did not expect! Fun atmosphere, very clean and super helpful and friendly staff. One of the first things the guy that check us in did was tell us where to go and how much it would cost and what time of of the day to go. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here.

Free breakfast! Woo! Great, helpful staff. The atmosphere was very welcoming with a medium sized room to hang out in right next to reception. There's a large tv and free movies to watch. Free wifi. One bathroom per floor so you're sharing with several other rooms which can be a little frustrating because you may have to wait your turn but that's expected.

I wish they had towels! And I wish the breakfast was better, but given the price and facilities, it was excellent! I would stay there again. I also wish there was a fan for the rooms because they seemed to get extremely stuffy at night.

Very good place, excellent price/quality ratio, good rooms, clean, internet, breakfast, very helpful staff, nice environment, all that you need in a hostel is here, for a very reasonable price.
