Excellent internet access in the rooms- a nice, clean, quiet room.
The hostel is very well located in a safe, easy to get to, neighborhood. It's clean and organized. Almost everything you would look for in a hostel. But besides that, the staff is GREAT, the best I've met in all hostels I've been. Andrea was so helpful and patient managing our reservation and Carol was great welcoming us and giving us GREAT tips about the city, making us feel at home. Unfortunately I lost the names of the other two guys were also great. Nothing to complain, it was great.
The main receptionist during the day time was just amazing and helpful. The manager was always there to help and fix as the AC stopped working. The place made me feel like all they wanted to do was help. Fighting for the one bathroom per floor was challenging however as one shower one toilet and one sink all in one location where about 12 ppl had to share a little annoying when ppl take 45 min showers and u need to pee in the morning.
Great hostel and excellent value smack bang in the middle of Rome. Lovely friendly staff too who were happy to help and give directions to the nearest gelato shop when needed :)

Mediocre facilities and breakfast considering the price I paid (45$). In a decent location bit you'll have to take the metro or bus anywhere you want to go. Would have chosen literally any other place but nothing else had rooms open.
Mosaic was a FANTASTIC place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hostel is right up the street from both Termini and Piazza Della Republica, so it is easy to hop on the Metro and get anywhere you want to go. It is an easy walk to Via Nazionale for shopping and then down to all of the tourist sites. The room was FANTASTICALLY clean, comfortable and spacious, and the whole building was completely secure. We felt incredibly safe and comfortable the whole time!
Worth staying at for sure. Rooms are decent but the first one I stayed in didn't have lockers in it. I moved rooms the next day and they did. The location is more than perfect. 5 minute walk from the main station. Everything worth seeing is a decent easy walk or a few metro stops away. Security was well executed an the elevator was nice being on the 5th floor. Needed a more welcoming common room for single travellera. Still met many anyways.
Very good location, about a 20 minute walk to the major attractions. Easy to find. The rooms are set up nicely with a desk and lockers. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very clean as well.
the location is prefect, and the staff was super nice.
Staff is helpful and informative. Security is good and so is the location. The only thing I want to point out is the bunk bed which does not have a blocker to prevent one from falling off the upper bed. Besides, on the bunk bed (room 42) there is a unnecessary "screw-nut" along the upper bed side which bled my inner thigh when I tried to climb to the upper bed.
Simple but comfortable stay. Access to everything you need.
This hostel was ok; the cleanliness wasn't that great, no kitchen and the luggage storage is not secure.
Good location and the hostel is very quaint. However didn't feel there was a particularly good sense of community at the hostel-there were no organised events to meet other travellers. Staff helpful
We had a room with two separated beds, really nice. The room and the bathroom are cleaned every day. The street is a little noisy. The quarter is safe and easily accessible. The staff is nice and gives good advice on the city and the places of interest.
A solid location very near the Rail Station and excellent staff and security make up for what it lacks in feeling slightly sterile and merely satisfactory facilities. Though I didn't take the walking tour nor partake in the included breakfast they were welcome additions. Well worth the money. Even if it does little to impress, all in all it is a perfect hostel.

Really really nice, clean and a good atmosphere location is great, right next to the train station however it is expensive, and there's a city tax of two euros that's not included in the booking charge (although that's not really the hostel's fault)
First of all, it's in down-town and close to the train station so you don't need to take a taxi from the train station. It has free WiFi everywhere and free computers to use. It includes a mini breakfast but good enough to start the day. They recommended me a restaurant close by that gave me a lot of food for 6 Euro because of showing a card that the hostel gave me. It also has a lift which makes it very easy to travel.
Clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Negatives... room.42. no AC in the room. Our stay was 4 nights during July. It was hot outside and hot inside. We had to sleep with the windows open and the street noise was loud. Really loud!
