There are too many chocolate food on breakfast that makes me uncomfortable. It's kind of noisy in the room and one of the staff is very cold. Renting a lock and taking that special elevator would be best part of the hostel. By the way, security is good due to cameras in every corner.

We had a pleasant stay at Hostel Mosaic, The rooms are new ones and also very clean. It is a calm hostel and a nice place to rest after sightseeing in this facinating city. The only problem we had is that they made us change rooms almost every night. Also the staff is in overall nice and can provide knowledgeable information about the city. However we felt that the brazilian guy at the reception wasn't that friendly. Andrea was great though. Very helpful and provided some valuable advices.

The hostel is alright for anyone looking for a place to sleep easy, who's looking for a bit more fun, meeting people and going out at night, might look somewhere else. All in all, good value for money!

Night desk attendant guy was not very friendly, bordering on rude. Expensive on hostelworld.com. Elevator wasn't working.

We stayed there for about one week; the staff was very helpfull, there was also 24h-reception, and also the rooms were clean. There was also a breakfast but it was pretty small and there is no kitchen available. Still we had an awesome time there.

Took the Saturday tour which was very extensive, although I personally prefer a bit more history and information. 3-4 hours was Definitely worth the 10 euros. Thank you!

The staff is very helpful and informational in terms of good sites to see. They also helped us bring our bags to ours rooms, which is not common for all hostels. I stayed in a four person bedroom with a shared bathroom. As a note if you're a person that doesn't like waiting to use the bathroom, and checking to see if folks are done I would recommend getting an en-suite room. There is an extra bathroom in the dining area too, however.

The staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful - they were ready with tips for getting around the city, restaurant recommendations, and a great walking tour. Accommodations were basic, and the bed was not terribly comfortable, but it was a great value for the money.

A little off the tourist centre, but not too far and close to the main Railway station. Facilities and security are top, only problem is the social atmosphere is low with no decent common room. That said it was off peak season and I wouldn't have a problem going back if I already had some travel buddies.

Excellent value for money hostel in the centre of Rome. 10 mins walking from Termini station, secure, decent staff, good wifi, clean, quiet. You can't really ask for more, definitely recommended.
